This Shane's location must be under new ownership cause it has improved so much since our last visit. They were very busy today, and I saw the GM and catering lady reaching out to help the employees. You know a good boss if they are willing to put in the same work they are asking their employees to do. This location was clean, the food was delicious, and everyone was very helpful. We will be coming back.

This is usually me and my fiancé barbecue go to spot near our home plus I love the way the cooks cook the food but to be treated like a human being I simply don’t mind driving all the way to Cobb County long story short before getting off work today around 1:36pm ordered online paid as well once I got to Shane’s I walked in noticed my food was sitting there with its receipt not once did the cashier greet me not a one moment I’ll be with you in a second not one word as if she didn’t see me standing there so after waiting about 2 mins of her running her mouth with another’ customer I decided to say excuse me I am here for a paid online order so she said let me finish with her first twice as if she had to confirm my order which she never did so I’m not understanding why have a customer that paid for their order online already just standing there waiting? No apology no nothing she definitely need to take some classes on customer service sad there’s no customer service discipline in these restaurant work places now days.

Excellent BBQ and sides. Savannah checked on us several times and everyone was polite and professional. Food was outstanding! Will definitely be back to try the baby back ribs.
Every time I have ordered the pulled pork to go 1-1/2 pounds, I make them bring the scale from the back and weigh it in front of me. Invariably, it is always light, anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 lb. Obviously they never weigh it and seemingly are overcharging what they presumably sell. I only go here because my wife likes it. My advice, have them weigh everything in front of you.

There’s even a gluten-free menu!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and boosters! A great kids menu, and plenty of crayons to keep them entertained!
Customer service was very good. As soon as you step in, they say hello and have that "Southern Hospitality" you're always looking for. The smoked wings, sweet potato fries and peach cobbler are our go-to. Love, love, love it.
