I was a regular at this place, but sometimes, when picking up my order, I noticed an unwelcome attitude from some of the staff members. This lead me to stop going there as often. Today, my son had asked to buy him a smoothie but then changed his mind, and I decided to stop by anyway because there was a free 12 ounce pumpkin smoothie offer on the app. I placed the order at 3:23pm and the email confirmation stated order would be ready at 3:33pm. I arrived at 3:35 and waited till 3:43pm, then asked if my order would be ready soon, the staff member I spoke to replied, with a very unfriendly and dried attitude, yes give me a minute. Four people came in after me, and left and I was still waiting without seeing any intention of neither one of the two staff members preparing the smoothie. This prompted me to tell them to forget about it and left. This is what TERRIBLE customer service is; I am assuming that because the smoothie was free in their eyes I didn't deserve to have a good custom service experience. I don't know but this is happening in a lot in not just Smoothie King but other places, in which the staff treat customers as if they are doing us a favor, or even worse, plain disrespectful. I know this for sure, Smoothie King on Highway 5 won't be getting my business anymore, and just like I am adding a negative review on here, I will share my experience with friends and family.

Come to this location all the time, I actually came in for my daughter and she placed the order online. One order was shortly ready but the other one I had to wait and I was worried that the one would be melted by the time the other one was ready so I asked how long and the girl got an attitude because I asked about the order. She said something smart with attitude, I thought the one she sat on the counter was mine and it wasn't, I said sorry to the person it belong to. I got the smoothie and shook my head as I was leaving..I will never use this location again. Everything was off in that store like the workers didn't want to be there..Customer Service is a must-have..Do I think Customers are right all the time..No. I don't like attitude and she definitely had attitude. Do I mind waiting...No..I just don't want to be waiting on a smoothie when the other one has been sitting and I have to wait when they are 2 orders that should come out at the same time!! This new crew you have is not like the ones that greeted you when you come in..Customer Skills are a must have!! Have a blessed Day! Mrs. Toxey

Went here at around 8:50 pm thinking that I was not going to be able to order anything since this smoothie king location closed at 9 pm, but to my suprise a kid with long blonde hair (I believe his name was Lavin but not totally sure) was happy to take me and my friend’s order. We also happily chatted with each other for a bit and Lavin gave me some recommendations of new things on the menu to try which definitely made the atmosphere feel welcoming and not rushed like most customer service experiences. I ordered the new hazelnut toast and Lavin got straight to work on it. The hazelnut toast not only tastes amazing, but it looked exactly like the picture which most restaurants do not do well with referencing. By the time I ordered my toast at 8:50 pm, Lavin had rung me up and made the delicious toast all by 8:55 pm. The overall service just felt welcoming and had the perfect balance of quality and speed thanks to Lavin. I will be coming here weekly, excellent service and great quality food.

Lavin, Layla, and Tristan all helped me with my order. It was my first time at smoothie king and I was very nervous. They guided me through the ordering process and gave me the best food possible. I am highly satisfied with their assistance and skill in making my beverage. I will be coming here again.

Today i came into smoothie king ,and i come here often ,and had the worst experience ever .Upon entrance everyone stared at me the young black man was the only one who greeted me the young lady ā€œabegalā€i believe her name was had the worst attitude did not seem to want to help or to be bothered the young man had to make end take my order from begining to end whilst making other orders himself the lobby was a mess whilst waiting for my drink.The only good part of my experience was how good my drink was.
