Usually don't post negative reviews but I feel like I need to warn others about this store.
I placed a mobile pickup order so when I arrived I pulled into one of the pick up stalls. When I attempted to check in for my order it said I was .8 miles away from the location and wouldn't allow me to check in. I can't say for certain this wasn't an issue with my device, but google maps and other GPS features placed me right on top of the store so if a manager does read this I would probably look into this with your mobile app vendor/corporate.
Long story short, after sitting in an order stall for 15 minutes and then the drive thru line for another 20, I finally received my cold coneys and melted slushies.
Not sure if they're understaffed or what but I would avoid this store if you have plans.
Whatever worker was working at the window just now around 9:50 sept 1st was extremely rude, had an attitude for no reason and turned off the lights mid order. All I asked was “do you have this?” And she got an attitude asking what is that. Like I said she then turned off the light and stopped talking to us mid order and we had an hour and 10 minutes before they even closed. Weird girl needs to be fired if this the type of stuff she pulls. I also tried to call and it went straight to voicemail. Seems like she doesn’t want a job. Corporate has already been called so I hope she has fun talking to her manager.

Close this MF down, soggy greasy fries that seemed as though they were cooked in old cotton grease, waited 15 minutes after the app and the stall said the order was done , had to push thr button to call and be told it would be right out, finally at least 7 more minutes later someone brought it out. Employees think they are there to hang out, not work. If they even have a manager at all, they might as well not have one.
