They are understaffed. However the ladies working there are kind, friendly, and working hard. This is not the first Sonic I have been to that is understaffed It seems to be therir business model now - which is sad - because it was not like this before they sold out to a national company.

Best sonic food I have had in a while. Every sonic I go to it's either out of something orcold.Food was fresh, presentable, and over all delicious.Went back and ordered a large strawberry cheesecake and the presentation! Looked just like the pics. And delicious! Will and have already came back!

Note: after reading the reviews I should have talked my wife out of the visit. Management either can't or won't fix the issues documented by patrons. The food was just okay today, we ordered 2 footlong specials, onion rings and a strawberry shake. The shake and onion rings were great to be fair. Sonic most likely has a following, I can eat just about anything and give it a pass. My wife wanted to try their special, and now I am strongly advising to drive by this...
