I ordered a sandwich and coffee on my break. I get the coffee, but a note for the sandwich. SAYING SORRY, WE SOLD OUT OF YOUR SANDWICH!! So now I had to go back to work without eating. Unacceptable Starbucks!!! You could have aleast asked about a substitution. It won't let me leave the picture of the note.

The customer service here is spectacular. The team communicates efficiently to each other very often. Didn't even know it was a thing for the workers to wash their hands every 1/2 hour but their manager made it very evident. Also, a barista offered us complementary samples of a new drink which was fantastic. Another worker walked the cafe and offered waters to everyone. Great atmosphere and place to do some work. My favorite Starbuck's experience so far.

I have never seen a WHITE cheese bun..it looked so
I don't usually make reviews like this but this location ALWAYS gets my order wrong and I'm so sad. I order an iced drink with cold foam every time, and I would say 1/2 of the time I end up getting a hot drink with cold foam instead...of course it melts because that doesn't make sense logistically. Please please please just be more attentive to orders and double check things that don't make sense.

I'm not a Starbucks guy but my wife likes it.. In my opinion a. Coffee company should be able to make a good plan cup of coffee which for me they do not, so they try to make up for it by selling desert coffee which is not for me.
