I came to this starbucks at around 3:50 on november 28th. I had went inside and tried to order my usual order of a pink drink with sweet cream instead of coconut milk and cold foam (i am allergic to coconut). The lady at the front counter told me that they were unable to do that and said it wasnt possible. I let her know that i have gotten that same order numerous times before and even showed her the reciepts on the app of me doing that. She then told me it must have been online and i said no ive went in person. She said it must have been a different location but i showed her that it was this location and im always going here. She then tried explaining the “correct way” to order it saying i wanted a strawberry acai when i ordered it correctly. The whole time she had an attitude. Ive worked as a cashier for years and I know customers can be difficult so instead of continuing to go on I just told her to cancel my order completely.

this was my first time here, i walked in the door and ordered a coffee and then 30 minutes later i asked the staff if they had a drink yet and she said i had to wait, the second time was 40 minutes i asked her and she still said no, and then 45 minutes later i asked again and she asked me what kind and then 50 minutes later she brought me a coffee but it was wrong not what i ordered, i felt very bad about the service.

Placed a semi large order last minute and they were very accommodating. Also provided me with great recommendations as far as ordering some things a bit in advance versus in person when I came to get the larger order so it stayed fresh. Shout out to Nim who offered great customer service!

Don’t come here if you want a fast coffee it’s kind of ridiculous how long it took to get two coffees out we went inside the drive thru is wrapped around they have one person making coffees and then one taking orders then the one taking orders dipped out somewhere and there was one person trying to do it all need at least one more person on staff

This Starbucks sucks. The workers are super rude and unwelcoming and are very obviously not trained well. I got a matcha and it was half full, the rest was foam.
Brayden made me the best drink ever! He took time with my order, gave me everything I wanted, and even sang me a birthday song at the window and the speaker! He is an amazing barista and truly loves his job. I ask for Brayden everytime I order at this location, he will get you drink spot on every time!
Wheelchair accessibility: I can roll around freely.

It's my fault maybe for not checking the coffee level. It was 1/2 full and a dab of whip cream. It's sad to pay full price and receive half your order. I will never be back but I will remember to check my beverage level IF I visit a different location next year.

The service was great per usual. The drink was too much strawberry for me, but there's no harm in trying it, and the lemon cake might just be the best treat on the menu. 😋 If you try the cake, eat it from the bottom to the top, and trust it's better that way
