Don’t come here if you want a fast coffee it’s kind of ridiculous how long it took to get two coffees out we went inside the drive thru is wrapped around they have one person making coffees and then one taking orders then the one taking orders dipped out somewhere and there was one person trying to do it all need at least one more person on staff

This Starbucks sucks. The workers are super rude and unwelcoming and are very obviously not trained well. I got a matcha and it was half full, the rest was foam.

Brayden made me the best drink ever! He took time with my order, gave me everything I wanted, and even sang me a birthday song at the window and the speaker! He is an amazing barista and truly loves his job. I ask for Brayden everytime I order at this location, he will get you drink spot on every time!

Slow and probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve seen

It's my fault maybe for not checking the coffee level. It was 1/2 full and a dab of whip cream. It's sad to pay full price and receive half your order. I will never be back but I will remember to check my beverage level IF I visit a different location next year.

The service was great per usual. The drink was too much strawberry for me, but there's no harm in trying it, and the lemon cake might just be the best treat on the menu. 😋 If you try the cake, eat it from the bottom to the top, and trust it's better that way

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk, light whip I get the regular amount of whip, which is they put at the bottom that went towards the middle no caramel on the sides. I called back and I asked for a replacement because not only was my drink wrong, but my grilled cheese sandwich was cold. I was told by a manager that I can come up there at any time to have my items replaced as long as I have my receipt. I was informed by the shift lead Olivia that there was no note and she is not going to replace my items. This is the first time I’ve ever had to replace anything And to be told that there is no manager. The entire weekend is appalling. If you’re looking to be treated fair as a longtime customer forget about it.

I have been coming to this Starbucks everyday for a long time, and I will not be coming back. The reason being the attitude of their manager Christina. I stopped by this morning after chatting with someone from Starbucks online help who offered to just go back to the store and have my drink remade. When I told the barista she was confused and then the manager came to the window. She was very hostile about the whole encounter and insisted I call the store because she keeps track of names, she said she had never heard of chatting with someone online about a drink issue. I told her I didn’t understand why this encounter was so difficult and I was met with hostility. The Starbucks promise is to remake a drink if it’s not right. Well I guess Christina isn’t okay with this, she acted like this drink remake cost came out of her pocket. I could never imagine treating a customer the way she did. My drink was remade but after this encounter I will not be back.
