The lady at the front counter was very rude. They messed my order up and then it took them almost 40 minutes to replace the order after she had to confirm with her manager that she can remake my food. I ended up, leaving with no food and wasted almost an hour and a half Try and convince him to remake my order after I brought all the food back inside the store. I’ve met the Owner and he’s a nice guy, but when he’s not there the employees have a bad attitude and nobody seem to want to fix the food and they have you waiting

My son wanted to try Steak & Shake tonight. We pulled up to order a number 1 meal with a shake. The drive thru worker STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE SHAKES. Of course my son is disappointed cause that was his purpose ofGoing. As we pulled to the drive through at the front window a saw a worker makingTwo shakes. I asked the worker I thought the machine was down. The Mexican worker.He said no we don’t have shakes when clearly the young lady was making two ofThem and brought them to the drive thru window . Than he stated THEIR MANAGER SAID DO NOT MAKE REGULAR CUSTOMERS SHAKES ONLY DOORDASH ORDERS. I ASKED WHYBONLY DOORDASH ORDER HE STATED THAT WHAT THE MANAGER SAID WE CAN NOT MAKE SHAKES. I said I will be reporting this company in the morning

The dining room was disappointing…not filthy, but messy. Not a good atmosphere. The tables had not been wiped down and the floor had napkins and other trash scattered around. The food is ok but nothing special. My husband enjoyed his shake but the banana one made with fruit instead of the sugary syrup is no longer offered so I passed.

The food is still good and the kids working inside are nice enough, but the dining room is just sad. The floors are clean, but dingy, like the mop water didn't get rinsed off well enough. Most of the dining room is blocked off leaving only a couple of tables to sit at. There is no table service as at other locations. It is just very sad looking and feeling inside.
Wasn’t the worst place to eat in Douglasville until Krystal’s burnt down, now it’s the worst.

Walked in to order and dine in, there was a man standing at the counter holding a receipt. After standing there a minute or so someone walks up and asks if she can help him. He explains he had just gone through the drive through and he was missing his fries. She then asked if he had his bag… he replies “it’s in my car” she tells him she’s going to need to see the bag before she can do anything. Making him make another trip he shouldn’t have had to make in the first place.I decided not to order and went to five guys across the street
