Serenity and Dolly were amazing at helping me with my sandwich. They showed me deals to save money and also worked together to get my sandwiches made perfectly. I appreciate everything they did.

We have been living in Douglasville for a couple years, and honestly we have been going to this location oppose to other ones due to the cleanliness. Today, out of all the other times my husband and I were greeted by Serenity. She was so jolly, she made our dine in experience amazing, from packing up our sandwiches on the green tray. She was cleaning the dine in area and even cleaning the windows. She deserves to be acknowledged as had such a wonderful spirit.

Do NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE NASTY ATTITUDE having PEOPLE . Their customer service is HORRIBLE . My wife and I came here to get sandwiches made , literally just 6in subs and they SHORTED HER BREAD . Asked if they could give her a 6in instead of the 4inch bread he cut and all hell broke loose . It was such a simple/easy fix YET he and his other employee turned into angry birds .

I showed up at 8:37 pm to get Subway and they were locking the doors. They are advertising that they’re open until 9 PM but they closed the doors at 8:37pm. Clearly they don’t want the community’s business and that’s poor advertisement. They say they’re open until nine, but that is a lie! it was obvious that they were short-staffed, but that doesn’t mean you have the right to close Business early so that you can start preparing to shut down and leave. And you still have on your open sign, but technically you’re not open because you’re not allowing customers to come in, so that’s false advertisement!

Put in a mobile order. I like the vegetables on my sandwich… that’s literally the only reason I go to subway instead of making a regular sandwich.
Asked for extra vegetables(everything except 2) for all of them and I basically just got meat and some lettuce. Never using the app again and subway will be lucky if I ever order from them an again at all, just gonna start using the Publix deli. Crazy how much subway has declined, growing up it was my favorite.
Only reason I still go is cause the coupons save a few bucks, but if i’m gonna have to go order more food because I just spent $10 on this pathetic thing, I might as well pay the extra $2 for sandwich twice as big at the Publix deli or literally any other sandwich shop lol.

Ordered on the website and when my husband went to pick it up. The guy tossed our sandwiches at him. Don't know if he is having a bad day but he shouldn't be this disrespectful. The sandwiches were good though.

Horrible Horrible service and the bread was soaked through with oil when I asked to have it on the side. I don't know what has happened to this location, but it has become absolutely horrible. I have been going to this store for many many years...this is totally unacceptable. WILL NOT RETURN. Terribly disappointed!!!
I paid with a gift card and the amount disappeared after the card was swapped and the server couldn't give me my food because said the whole transaction wasn't reflecting on her register and I didn't get my food and my showed zero amount on the card.

Store very clean.good selection of items to choose from.everything just looked and smelled fresh.Employees very friendly and the line moved quickly.Very good shopping experience.
They got my order wrong and didn't give me all my food I paid for. I called they refused to get me the rest of my food or refund me my money for missing food. Will never order again.
