I ordered through the app and didn't get a promo I should have. I walked inside and asked the employee for help. She told me they don't have anything to do with the online orders...the app said to speak with the location to take care of the issue. I literally showed the employee the app and she argued with me about it. On top of that it's very hard to understand her, she turned her back to me to argue then got offended I couldn't understand anything she said. I asked for the manager, she didn't want to let me speak to the manager but I insisted. She called the manager and they are talking about me in their native language which means I have no idea what they are saying which I find extremely rude!!! Once I was able to talk to the manager he was rude as well, he tried to talk over me then was yelling so I hung up on him! You should honor any promo that's being advertised, NEVER yell at a customer and always speak ENGLISH!! I made a complaint through the app as well as this review. I'm sure if I get a response it will be rude as well.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. Just left this location hwy 5 in the plaza. If you don't honor coupons you shouldn't even accept them. They have a coupon scanner and are suppose to accept coupons unless the coupon excludes certain ones. 1st off they have a sign telling you which ones you can choose from,so, I choose Turkey and Ham 2nd I go to checkout and they don't use the coupon scanner and 3rd she says I can't use the coupon unless it's 12.99. No where on the coupon do it say I have to buy a certain sub. So I walked out. Freaking ridiculous. You should've honored the coupon period

My complaints aren't to the employees at this location or the manager or the store itself. They are doing their jobs. GREAT job, y'all. It's actually the customers who are the problem in this particular area. They come in not knowing what they want, act like they never been to a Subway in their lives which is ridiculous, bring in mumble mouth kids who can't speak or articulate, want free food, pile on veggies on their subs and are mad when it's messy, don't accept the fact that this location doesn't accept all coupons because... NEWS FLASH...This isn't a corporate store so it doesn't have to accept the coupons, Customers come in a take FOREVER while forgetting that Subway IS fast food. Know what you want...order.. and leave. Anything extra is the CUSTOMERS fault. This location doesn't put up with tantrums and people who needs psychiatric help. If you got an attitude and can't function in public while these nice people make your food...GO somewhere else. And please don't waste y'all's time complaining. The staff is just going to laugh at you when you leave and nobody is going to get reprimanded or fired. Hard workers are hard to find but rude customers are abundant. Get over yourselves.

The owner/ was so rude to her new employee I really felt sooo bad for the lady !!! You should never treat ur workers like trash !! Horrible I will never go back to this location!!!

Went to door at 9:13 google maps and the door itself says 9:30. Pulled on door employee looked at my wife waved her off said we are closed. Very rude and nothing posted anywhere including online that they close earlier than posted. Posted picture with time after we were told they were closed

The quality of food and service at this location is subpar compared to the other locations in the surrounding area. I’d hate to consider the entire location unfavorable based on a recent bad experience but I will not be returning.

Unfortunately if you have coupons do not use this location as they do not accept them for all sandwiches. This experience is confusing as the owner will give you a speech on which specific sandwiches you can get with what specific coupon but only once you are completing your transaction. I've had too many bad experiences using subways app and stores that have different standards that I'm done with subway. Jimmy John's and Firehouse subs are both fresher and better tasting anyway.

I hate when the older Indian lady with the glasses that has been there for a long time working. She should not be allowed to handle food, she don’t have sense enough to change her gloves and always rubbing her face or touching her hair with the gloves on and go right to make customer’s food. And always have the nastiest attitude along with her nasty habits with handling food. I just can’t, they need to shut this place down. That’s why it’s so many diseases and food poisoning been passed along making people sick 🤢 and restaurants being shutdown bc of people like her that’s shouldn’t be allowed to work with food.

Did not like the service at all. I had a big order and made that aware to the employee. One employee left to the back and had the line getting long and the other started making our food with an attitude and a rush. Made our food and failed to communicate that they didn’t have anymore of an item and started ringing my stuff up without communication as I’m confused where my last sandwich was. Did not like employees customer service at all!!!
