You need to teach your employees how to prioritize orders....... If something was ordered online for delivery, delivery drivers should not have to wait when they get to the store to pick up an order for people who are currently in line because if it was ordered online, it was ordered before the people got there, therefore it should be made first... When it takes me 15 minutes to drive to a location, it should not take me an additional 10 minutes to wait on food because I'm waiting on your Sandwich artist to make sandwiches that came in way after the one I'm there to pick up...... We are there to do your business a favor, we are not being compensated by you at all, stop wasting our time

The food was good but I had placed order online and when I got there it wasn't ready had to wait for them to prepare They didn't know there was a pickup order until I got there and the order was still on counter I waited longer that the time had specified for it to be ready

Have ordered through app, numerous times. Never ready. Today, wasn't ready, started making when was in store, someone came in, stopped making mine, did his, then completed mine. Ridiculous.

I went in early morning and the employee greeted me and worked quickly and efficiently. The tables and floor were clean. The food was great other than the fact that they only had four chip types but otherwise great. Reasonably priced as well. I'll be coming back here next time I want a quick meal and want a neat atmosphere.

I kept questioning myself on posting this because I love Subway and I am so used to going to this location, but the past couple times my family has gone to Subway here. It has not been the same. The sandwiches suck. They are always out of something and then now they’re not taking coupons anymore, my grandfather keeps those so he can have something to eat sometimes during the week. That really sucks. I will drive the extra mile next time to go somewhere else, but apparently they’ve been losing a lot of regular customers. The owner really needs to do better.

The food was great and the person fixing my sandwich did a great job. My only complaint is with management. As a consumer when we leave a tip it’s for the hard working people that are preparing our food and not for management to take any of it. If the owner believes he is entitled to half then please put a sign out where customers pay and see what the customer thinks.

I actually ordered the turkey roast salad double size double meat and had it delivered by DoorDash, but this is the best salad I’ve had in a very long time. I doctored it up myself by putting it into a larger container, adding goat cheese, mozzarella, and a few bacon bits I also used 0 cal dressing and this was the bomb.

Used to enjoy this store a lot. However, they recently have started engaging in shady practices - they will force you to place a second order via the app so they can double-charge your card for a single order while claiming they 'never got the order' despite the charge and website clearly showing. They're more than happy to take your money twice, refuse to help you when you call in, and force you to run back/forward between home and them to get everything done. Terrible customer service, terrible people.

Yesterday, I went to a Subway (which I never do). I purchased the California turkey club sub. I had never had one, I RARELY eat meat, but it sounded good. The one thing that sparked my attention was the avocado, so that made it a done deal. The sandwich was good, but you could tell the bread was over baked, so when they toasted it, it made the bread so hard you could literally not bite through it. So I just ripped the hard creator of which left little bread. Anyway... todayI had a meeting, and upon leaving, I glanced over and low and behold there was a Subway. This Location. I immediately thought of how good that sandwich would have been yesterday if the bread had been right. As fast as my feet could get me there, I walked in, and I ordered. Now mind you, there are 20 sandwhiches to choose from. Only 3 out of the twenty contain avocado. The young man who greeted me (if you could call that a greeting) took my order and commenced to make my sandwich. I told him I would like it to be made just as it is.He made the whole sandwich and then proceeded to tell me they had no avocado. Of course, I got pissy due to the fact that this condiment was one of the main factors that I ordered this particular item. Why would you not check to see if you have a condiment that only goes on 3 of your sandwhiches??? Baffling.I wasn't going to make him throw it away, so I left my sandwich there and went next door to the store and got the avocado myself, came back and proceeded to finish making it as stated on the board.Overall, the sandwich was great. The service stinks. No protocols are being followed here. One guy has extremely long dreads. No hair net, so as he is leaning to make sandwhiches, his hair is literally flopping all above all the food. There are no name tags on either of the young men that work there. The fresh juice bar, which is another reason I went in, was anything but fresh. The strawberry lemonade was gross, and the inside of the machine was dirty. The mango drink was old and watered down. The store itself, especially the floor, is dirty.I do not do franchise or chain restaurants, and this is a prime example of why. There is no consistency. You try and try in hopes one of them, just one will become your "go to" when you get in the mood for something different. This will not be a location for me. I doubt any of them will be.
