The girl was not customer friendly. The bread was hard on 1 side. Lettuce was hot, spinach was big and hot. Could not get my regular order, paid twice as much as normal, and we not given or offered a receipt. Subways are no longer consistent. They only want to take your money.

Rosy was very unprofessional, when I was ordering my footling I asked for olives and onions, when I asked for her to put more she gave me a nasty attitude saying her boss only allows them to put 6 olives and 6 slices of onions. I said I would be more than happy to pay for extra and she said no. She explained to me that the product they receive is expensive and that hey are limited. That’s is completely unacceptable I never had had an issue at any subway establishment about providing extra vegetables. SUBWAY do better and train employees to treat customers with respect. If I’m paying over $10 for a sandwich I would want it the way I ask for.

Why has Subway put up steel covers in front of the meat set up. I like to see what is being put on my sandwich. I feel like I have been shorted a few times.

Rude as F. Hung up the phone on me because I simply asked if they had standard ingredients in stock. Because I often don’t receive the sandwich I order. But since it’s the only subway close to my home. I keep trying. Don’t recommend if you can drive to a different location.

Placed an online order. An hour after it showed ready, it still wasn’t. The staff simply waited on people that were there in person an ignored there online orders. DON’T ORDER ONLINE AT THIS STORE!!!!

Hands down the worst Subway location we've experienced. Staff couldn't care less than they do. NEVER order online/app.... if you want any chance of a decent sandwich, you'll absolutely want to be in front of them... but then you miss the discounts... just go to another store. If you order online/app... you'll probably get the wrong sandwich AND they can't read simple instructions. We just ordered those new rolls... literally 6 slices of pepperoni, even less chicken and 3 slices of cheese on each and a big roll of flatbread... AWFUL!

This place sucks. Worst customer service ever. Been coming here for years now, seen bull$&@( every time. Young kids, no adult supervision, serving people that walk in from next door, but dismiss people that have been waiting in line patiently. Subs are made sloppy. Baaad service all around. Tired of these fools. Be careful….

This place will screw you over with their mobile app. Never made my food and wouldn't refund me. Can't get a refund thru the app and no contact # for subway. The 2 little girls behind the counter were stuck up little snobs who couldn't care less about doing their job.

Ordered two subs online. Get to the store and they're out of meatballs and won't make more so they give me one of the subs. I get home and realize they didn't refund the sub they didn't give me. Paid for two subs, got one. Can't rate food high when you don't even get it.

Worst subway I've ever been to. 30 mins with 6 ppl inside. They messed up 4 sandwiches in front of me. Not sire I wanna order. But I've already waited this long. Let's see what happens. I think I'll drive the extra mile to avoid this place.
