I literally love Subway, but at this point I would rather just go to Publix. If you ever use your app for the deals might as well throw the quality of your subs out the door. I literally received the messiest subs I have ever seen, literally looks like I ordered a Big Mac from McDonald’s. The avocado spread was on the side of the sub and half of the veggies were off the sub in the wrapper. The veggies that were on my sub literally tasted like nothing but chemicals. The bacon on the sub, which I know is just supposed to be toasted literally looked like they didn’t even attempt to cook it. I got two subs, and I will be tossing the second one it was just so disgusting. I will give them the fact that the order was correct and the lady who assisted me was extremely nice, but jesus christ. Worst $30 I’ve spent in a long time, just forget it and go get a Pub Sub.

Thoroughly appreciate the wonderful and positive attitude of the young man behind the counter who i assume is maybe the manager? (He said he was a father of 5). Nevertheless he was extremely pleasant and friendly which is hard to find these days in an employee. Keep up the great work!

Just had a wonderful experience at the Subway on Ridge Road! Tina was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service really stood out – she was so sweet and attentive, I had to leave a review before even leaving the parking lot. Employees like Tina truly make a difference and make coming out worthwhile. I'm already a Subway fan, but she definitely amplified my positive experience. I even made sure to leave an extra tip! Thank you so much, Tina, for your genuine hospitality and the way you treat every customer. It was clear you extend this kindness to everyone you interact with. I'll definitely be back to this location!

The girl was not customer friendly. The bread was hard on 1 side. Lettuce was hot, spinach was big and hot. Could not get my regular order, paid twice as much as normal, and we not given or offered a receipt. Subways are no longer consistent. They only want to take your money.

Rosy was very unprofessional, when I was ordering my footling I asked for olives and onions, when I asked for her to put more she gave me a nasty attitude saying her boss only allows them to put 6 olives and 6 slices of onions. I said I would be more than happy to pay for extra and she said no. She explained to me that the product they receive is expensive and that hey are limited. That’s is completely unacceptable I never had had an issue at any subway establishment about providing extra vegetables. SUBWAY do better and train employees to treat customers with respect. If I’m paying over $10 for a sandwich I would want it the way I ask for.
