I have never been to event that was so unorganized as this one. My friend and I were charged $47 for VIP tickets when we arrived they were not even set up yet. No one to show or ask for our tickets. We were ask to bring our own chairs for outside event. The space was small only room for three small round tables. The food was grilled out with another food truck. We were confused why were we being charged for vip tickets to come order from a food truck. When we ask about the perk of the VIP tickets the lady running the event seemed annoyed. She kept telling us to wait ,so she left came back with some dollar tree bags with 2 bottles of lotion in them. Smh we were scammed if they would have asked for donations, or asked to just come out to support we would have respected that better . It is crazy,and bad business to take customers money and not deliver on what is advertised. There was no VIP everybody sat together, there were no gift bags, no free perks the was to come with the ticket at all. We paid extra besides the tickets purchased to eat and drink. Then it rained no tents to cover us. I will never come back here or let my friends either.

Let me share my experience:
I went there faithfully twice a week after work (go back through my timeline and you will see). So, I would get there at the beginning of happy hour and order the buffalo cauliflower and other stuff then stay late especially on the musical bingo day. Then I invited my other teacher friends to hang out and we could never get consistent portions. When we asked we got attitudes from the mother/owner. However, one day after eating and grading papers I had about 4 rather large pieces of cauliflower left and AS USUAL I asked for my to go plate for my leftover ( it was about 7:30 -8ish) and the mother was passing by after seeing me eating and working for hours ( without speaking) and demanded that I pay full price for the few pieces I had left! I stayed calm and refused because I ordered them during happy hour…HOURS earlier. She was so rude and ugly to me, like I was trying to steal and as if I wasn’t a regular customer. The cashiers and regular waiters tried to explain that I’ve always been allowed to take my leftovers because they didn’t realize it was wrong and neither did I. So, she had her waitress to take the food from me and take it to the back then told me I was paying for it. In order for me to pay and leave I had to call the cops. The officer sided with me and asked where was the no leftover policy stated and why her employees said they didn’t know. At that, she became even more livid and hit me with a no trespass. However, the food magically reappeared from the back but the officer explained that he wouldn’t pay for it either, once they took it to the back, so I paid for the other food that I ate.
Again I’m not glorifying their downfall it was how she handled the situation and how unprofessional she was screaming about her being the owner and she could do what she wanted. Even the officer commented on her attitude and how she treated me. I’ve NEVER been asked to leave or had anything bad said about my character in private or public, so I was crushed.
My personal opinion is the food is decent but overpriced ( which is why I loved happy hour items) and they are inconsistent with portions and what’s supposed to go on or come with certain meals after being advertised on the menu.
I wish them luck but do better by your customers.

Restaurant was supposed to open at four. Restaurant has not opened. It is 407 here comes the owner or somebody and they didn’t state anything to us so we’re gonna go and patronize and see what’s going on and she just locked the door behind us.

The customer service was top tier from the bartender and server. I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere. I ordered a beverage that I didn’t care and the young lady was nice enough to let me switch it to something else even asked me if I wanted remade. The spinach dip was delicious a must try. Definitely will be back. Would like to see more on the menu.

My sister and I were walking-ins one night around 8:30 or 9. The food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long for it to be served. The portion size was appropriate for the cost. The staff was professional and friendly. It’s the perfect environment for mature diners (girls night out, self date night etc) and traditional date night.

I enjoyed this restaurant. I was able to have a business meeting before our food came. The music was not too high. The staff was friendly and gave great menu recommendations. I will be back!

All I can say is we will be back!!!!!
But if you want more details we ordered 2 rounds of oysters, fried chicken, mushroom tacos and old fashion and lemon drop. I believe our bill with tip was about $140 or so.

We went during happy hour when oysters were under $2 each. Flavors were on point!
Im guessing it was the owner that answered the phone when I called and she even held up the happy hour for a couple minutes so that we can try them out for our first time. 5 stars for sure for that customer service !!!

I am giving a 5 star review off of the strength of my wonderful service experience. The bartender that served me, Jeanetta (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), provided me with fantastic service. Even though there was a mixup in the kitchen, my experience was still top-notch, and that’s because she kept me informed every step of the way and was genuinely concerned about my service experience. I will definitely be coming back.
