The food was wonderful, and Kat provided absolutely phenomenal customer service with a smile. In the past 5 years, I haven't been to a Taco Bell where the employees actually attend to their customers at the counter, and she was on top of it. Every person mattered, and she took very good care of me. She's a gem, and the kind of customer service she gives is rare, these days. Treat her well, and hold onto her if you can. Increase her bonus, or double the amount you were going to raise her on her yearly review. She deserves good things.

This location is awful !!.Had a door dasher order to go pick up waited 10-20 minutes come to find They saying the order has already been picked up which was a lie cause once I gotten my food I called the person asked has there food been delivered already she said no!.The crew is lazy for one .Another thing is there money hungry .

That girl that be in the window and on headset that’s extra light skinned got an attitude problem and is rude. I feel like she practically tossed the stuff at me through the window. Super annoyed 😒 I don’t feel like anyone should be treated that way. Won’t return again because if I do I will treat her how she treat me. Her customer service skills is trash she shouldn’t be in the window.

I went through the drive-thru today and was really disappointed with the service from Katherine E. While taking orders, she was rude and raising her voice at customers. When I asked for napkins at the window, she threw them into my car without saying a word. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this so customers are treated with basic courtesy going forward.

Pretty typical experience at this Taco Bell… one thing I’ll say that was I’ve noticed most establishments out here in the “country” or more rural areas like this one that the service in the drive thru particularly, is MUCH better than in the city or metro area. So I appreciated that

Usually when I ask for no lettuce on the soft tacos the tacos are pretty empty. Not here they stuffed the soft tacos with meat and cheese!
