I visited this location on my way out of state last Friday . I ordered the chicken chipotle bowl. The rice was hard and the other ingredients was not fresh. I called back to speak with the manager and she rudely said that the rice is not hard and their food is always fresh. She offered to replace it that day and I explained to her that I was on my way out of state and I wouldn’t return until Monday she told me sorry I can’t replace it on Monday. Do needless to say. I wasted my money on food I couldn’t eat and was treated horribly the manager. I will not return to the Fairburn rd location and I don’t advise anyone else to go there.

I wish I could leave a negative number instead of one star. My food is ice cold, my hard tacos are soft. They forgot my drinks and then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to give me what they forgot. It seems like EVERY TIME I run to this place late, the food is trash. I understand not having enough people but don’t serve me old food.

Manager woman who worked on Tuesday Nov 13th at 6pm is horrible and should be fired. Was waiting for an order for 30 minutes when she let her staff play around and tell them she was only working the window when someone asked for help. Very unprofessional very horrible all around
