The nice woman named Carla at this location, greeted us with a smile, very friendly, and provided excellent service. If she has not gotten a raise.. Carla definitely deserves it …a very, very sweet woman thank you Carla !!

Marisa was very rude after totally messing up my who entire order I didn’t even want a refund but because she said they were closing she made me take one when I just wanted my food remade how I asked for it then she called me a liar when I don’t eat beef and I clear as day asked her to make me a chicken dorrito loco taco then very rude like called me stupid infront of everyone embarrassing me by causing a scene when all I wanted was my food made the way I paid and asked for

This Taco Bell is inside Arbor Mall in Douglasville. It's not the best Taco Bell. Was told limited items available due to the fact they are located inside the mall. Okay, that's not a problem, but my Nacho Grande meat and cheese were cold. Had to wait longer for them to warm it
