Food made stomach hurt badly!! Food is super soggy everytime I’ve been and wat too undercooked!!! Stay away! Go to the one on chapel hill or thorton rd..

Employees literally stood at the counter ignoring me and just goofing off cursing and being unprofessional. Even after making eye contact none of them could even acknowledge I was waiting at the front. Very unprofessional and lazy service. Go somewhere else.
The tacos are always very empty
It’s usually good until I order later in the day…. I door dashed my food twice and both times they gave it to me wrong….. I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito …… and they sent a beef burrito. I called them to let them know that I need a black bean burrito and that I had to pay full price because I only got refunded for the black beans …. Well you’d think the phone call was gonna work. I re ordered and ordered a black beans burrito and got sent another beef burrito…. I call again… she then has concern and asks the person who made it and came back to the phone laughing saying that the person that is making the food “ can’t read lol” like “ lol are you going to refund me my money” ….. like nothing is funny….i don’t eat meat…
Food was good but ordered through app and they never let you know at the restaurant that the food is ready. We all had to ask if our food is ready and the girl reached around the corner and pushed it out.

I placed an online order, took a screenshot showing it will be ready at 8:44pm. Showed up at 8:48. Stood at the counter until 8:58 when someone from drive thru finally acknowledged i was even here. 3 women's walked past me multiple times and none of them helped me. When the drive thru got verified my order he then STARTED making it. No one was friendly. Horrible experience. Will start going to del taco... and yes it's 15 minutes later and im still waiting on my food

Went inside to place my lunch time order, the people that worked there were very rude and refused to take my order at a register. They wanted me to only use the computer myself, but i explained that if i used that my order wont be correct. So they argued with me to the point i just left. If its all about using computers why have people working there at all. I will never go back to taco bell. Hope you lose more business and customers.

I arrived to the drive thru speaker at 8:04 pm. After telling the automated voice recording that I will not be using the mobile app, I patiently waited for a human being to respond. After saying hello twice and waiting 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to acknowledge my presence; I proceeded to pull forward and wait in line with 4 cars ahead me. The car behind me was greeted and their order was taken promptly and so was the car behind that one. After turning off my car 3 times to save my gas; I finally made it to the window. I turned off my car for the 4th time. A young lady asked me did I place a mobile? I told her no, I was not able to place an order. I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker and she told me I was the 3rd car whose order was not taken. She asked me “What did you order?” My response to her was “My order was not taken.” She then asked me what did I want to order? I proceeded with my simple order of 3 regular tacos and a Baja freeze. For the inconvenience, she offered to give me a large size rather than the regular size. I thanked her. As I continued to wait patiently in my car for another 4 minutes, I finally received my food. I thank her once more for her professionalism after hearing the cooks in the back complain about my order being placed at the window because their speaker and drive thru sensors are faulty. I started my dodge charger up and left the drive thru at 8:34 pm.

Went through the drive thru. Took forever and didn't get everything a paid for. Got home and noticed didnt have any hotsauce with order either. Won't be back anytime soon

Went through the drive through for the whole family and wound up throwing out the meal, drinks and all and going to a different drive thru, because of how old, cold, and nasty the food was. Slimy lettuce, sour tea, things just thrown in the bag falling apart. This place should seriously be inspected by the health department. It was so bad that I don't even want a refund, I will just never step foot back in this facility. If you dont want food poisoning dont go here. 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢😔🤢🤮
