My most recent visit was disappointing. It was supposed to be a celebratory family dinner, but it fell short. The hostess took us to a dirty table, dropped the bread, and left. There were two other tables that were clean, empty, and had been set up to receive guests. We stopped a Server who was assisting the table across to ask if we could switch tables seeing that our table was dirty. She said no, but she offered to clean it. She did return to clean it but failed to wipe the seats and clean the mess where butter spilled. We waited over 10 minutes for a Server to arrive. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and plates so that we could pass out the bread. Now, the table that was prepared had guests when we were told that we couldn't sit there. They received their drinks and salad before we got the first drink. It took nearly 15 minutes to get our food, which is uncommon. We didn't get offered fresh bread or refills until after our food arrived. I don't think I will choose to return for a celebratory event. My family is small, so I didn't see a reason for the poor service.

I personally don’t like the idea of food that I’ve already eatin off of , being sent back to the kitchen to be cooked more . I ordered a medium well steak it came out medium rare . Had to wait 25 mins for my server to come back to our table after we got our food to check in with us to even get it fixed . Then an additional 15 mins after we sent it back to the kitchen to enjoy our meal . It’s a school night , we got the kids out . We spent most of our time waiting for our server to get back to our table to even send our food back . The service started off good but got lazy at the end . I’m hungry and frustrated . This is also my first time ever at this restaurant . Probably won’t be back .
They brought my steak back & it’s still rare . They took 30% off the bill (cool) but my steak is still not cooked and the only thing they can do is take it to the back and put it back on the grill . I don’t want the hands on my food again wtf . Smh .

My family brought me here to celebrate my 40th birthday and omg was I disappointed. We ordered the cactus blossom for appetizer, we had steaks, grilled chicken breast, shrimp and tenders. LITERALLY everything was nasty. We had to ask the server for bread several times.she eventually brought us bread and a basket of 4 rolls for 7 people. We waited 30 minutes for drinks that were watery and the frozen was melted. The steaks were ordered medium well they came out medium. The manager I assume asked us to cut into them but after waiting damn near an hour we ate what we could paid and left. By far the worst experience I've had there especially celebrating a 40th birthday. Won't be back. Id rather drive on to Hiram. Your staff needs better customer service training. Your cooks needs to understand when grease is old it needs to be changed and how to grill a steak. Horrible

First of , I NEVER leave reviews, BUT this was a MUST💯 By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER encountered!! My Birthday 🎉 dinner was ruined 😡 I literally came from AL went to the mall and decided to stop at Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I waited over an hour for service, after I was told my wait time would be 30-40 minutes. After the 40 minutes were up, the hostess said 15 more minutes. Customers that came after me were serviced before my party of three. Spoke with a manager (something with a T) he TRIED to assist. Cleared the table for us and all but a waiter took us to a different table, that was FILTHY !! Sooooo an hour was wasted, all that for NOTHING! I politely got up from the filthy booth and left. I’m now headed back to AL disappointed , hungry, sad, and very angry!! DO BETTER TEXAS ROADHOUSE ‼️

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this restaurant tonight. Yes, it was a very busy Friday night but the floors had trash all over them in dining as well as the portion of kitchen you could view as we left. The women’s bathroom was horrible and I would be embarrassed if I worked or managed there by their condition. We did not leave until 9:30 and it had slowed enough that someone could have been sweeping at the least. I watched Logan’s across the road slowly go down hill with these same types of issues and I would hate to see Texas go downhill as well. It was definitely not as clean last time I went a few months ago. We have been to the Oxford AL, Opelika AL and Athens, Ga locations recently and all were clean. We come to Douglasville often to see our kids and will try again with hopefully better experience.

I took my girls out to eat at this location. We were seated and having a good time until when the food came out we started eating then, I stared up at the ceiling and noticed it was very dusty with cob webs. This then made me zoom in on other parts of the restaurant. The windows needed dusting the restroom doors are filthy. There’s wet mark stains on it we can only imagine what’s on the doors. We didn’t finish our food we paid and left the server a tip as he was a good server. While walking out we noticed the kitchen floor was dirty with wet cheese and lettuce. I think they need to hire a cleaner separate from the employees as the kitchen floor was in a mess but can also be a slip hazard to the employees. I wish I took a photo but if you decide to go look up at the ceilings and check out the restrooms to see what i am talking about

This is the absolute worst Texas Roadhouse in the nation. Steaks not cooked right can’t get drinks refilled no salad dressing or eggs on salad and it’s like this everytime we eat at this location.
