First, out of peanuts while waiting.. No problem. Got set. Bread brought out, had to wait on silverware. Finally got it and drinks. Ordered , no macaroni.I ordered a Ribeye medium. It was medium well and more fat than usual. It's my granddaughters birthday. Server brought the ice cream out. Said "SORRY we don't have any spoons?!!!" I'm like how's this kid supposed to eat ice cream with a fork? This wasn't the experience I'm accustomed to here. Very disappointed ?☹️....

Nothing special about the food here anymore. It’s been several years since we ate at this Texas Roadhouse and neither of us remember it being so ordinary. The kitchen floor, which is in view of the customers was filthy and wet. The girl working expo was prepping trays and also sweeping up water on the floor. Our server genuinely didn’t seem to want to be there. Another server was sitting in a booth for several minutes checking out her Facebook in plain view of customers while there was a line to get in and seated. The mens room was filthy and disgusting. I’ve been in cleaner port a potties. Not a wonderful experience. We won’t be back.

We got seated quickly, in about 10 mins but the wait for the food was long. It took about 30-35 mins to get our food while others who were seated way after us received their food quickly. The service itself was great and our waiter was awesome , I don't recall his name right now but he had light eyes and a long beard. He was super nice and attention to detail. The food itself wasn't all that, not sure if it's this location but I don't understand what's the hype. Some of the food on the table was lukewarm while the ribs were hot. Seems like they waited for that to be cooked to serve everything else and it wasn't great. The country sirloin steak had no flavor and the white gravy was horrible. The mac and cheese had no flavor as well. Our party did like the grilled shrimp, mash potatoes, and the rolls but unfortunately we won't be returning. Atleast not to this location, the food was lacking.

They used to sell additional bread but unfortunately this is the only location I have been to that doesn’t on the weekends & it’s terrible for the employees to sit at the Togo station on their phones & not care about the service or appearance given off . Also I ordered a chicken salad with almost no lettuce . Kinda reminds me of a small side salad .
