Quiet not many customers food looked and tasted as though it's been sitting out for awhile (mac n cheese) potato salad had large chunks of potatoes chitterlings are under cooked very pricey for the amount of food they serve you one scoop service was rushed not given time to explore the whole menu with little customers i see why the food looked the way it did would not recommend this location

We normally frequent the Camp Creek location. We decided to give this location a try. Upon entering, the place looked brand new but was totally empty of customers. Hum? We were greeted by the worker and even the cook came out to greet us. The selections were way less than we are accustom to. We got our plates and sat alone in the huge dining area where we were greeted by the manager on duty. The food was ok but not the normal flavor and seasoning we are used to at other locations. The lack of Unsweet tea as a drink option was odd. Finally a few walk in’s came in to get to go orders. This was noon on a workday. I asked how long they had been open, they said over a year. After reading the reviews I understood why no customers but we received ok service and food, not at the other locations level of taste and options. I will visit again to see if it has improved. The Camp Creek location is my fav!

Chris and Jazlyn were great, food was great. I had the grilled wings and wife had the ribs. Both were delicious. Spoke with Chris about the low ratings on Google and he shared there were some issues launching the restaurant. I can tell you that this location is hitting on all cylinders now. This is a family owned franchise location and they are definitely putting out some good food and vibes Highly recommended.

This was my first time at the restaurant in Douglasville the food was hot and fresh. Portions was great too.The customer service starting with Chris was outstanding and his staff was nice as well great customer service you just don’t see that as much these days I will be going back!!!

I don’t appreciate This Is It charging a service fee for the use of a credit card. That surpasses any opinion I have on the quality of food or service.

Customer service is great. But, I saw a worker leave out the rear and walk to the dumpster without trash and I believe they have a restroom.

Even though my courier was awesome I can not say the same for my food. I ordered a veggie plate. A veggie plate & it was quite tasteless & lacked serious flavor. The sweet potato Souffle was beyond stringy, the sassy rice had absolutely NO sassyness in it. My collards tasted as if they were thrown in water without even a pinch of salt. The frozen green beans were the best thing on my plate. I dont know who is the kitchen but they need not to be. This location doesn't compare to Camp Creek. A shame considering the grand has/had such a great reputation. Needless to say, I will not be returning after giving this location 3 opportunities to get it right.

I ordered a strawberry shortcake only to receive strawberry short-the “CAKE”. I took it to the store where the young lady made me another one, NO CAKE in my face!!!!
