Ribs were room temperature. Nothing spectacular about the food to share. Price was high for small portions. I had the strawberry dessert which was good.

Veggie plate was great! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Chris checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was good.

First visit with my Mom and Cousin. Food was great. The younger staff was alittle to under educated about the menu and prices but Chris, the manager, came out to help and then everything went great.

My husband and I came to eat lunch here and it was so delicious! I have the smothered pork chop and rice and my husband had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The food was reasonably priced, we did the 2 meal, 2 drinks and 2 desserts (get the strawberry shortcake!) Everything tasted soooo good and the restaurant staff were kind in explaining everything for us since it was our first time visiting. The restaurant was very clean and the punch drink was the best! Chris specifically went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and he was super nice and had great customer service!

I always go there and get a vegetable medley plate and every time the team members are friendly and inviting. It’s refreshing to get away from fast food and have a home cooked meal every now and then. Definitely recommend.

Food was not good I found out this location is franchised nothing like my Campcreek location if you know you know soul food is cooked with real ingredients and love no substatutes peeiod.

Came in town from Memphis,TN for the weekend for a family event. Restaurant was very clean, food was amazing. I had the catfish, cabbage, mac-n-cheese, and black eye peas. If your looking for a clean restaurant with great service and food. THIS IS THE SPOT! Thanks for the great hospitality Chris.

My most recent experience at This is It! was amazing!!!! Not only was the food fresh and hot, but the service and ambiance was spectacular. I called and Spoke with Chris (General Manager) to compliment the entire team for making this experience delightfully memorable. Job well done ?

The food is good and although the staff members interacting with the customers directly are patient and friendly, there is clearly a staffing (numbers wise), structure issue, or a systematically flawed operation within the workplace. In short, if you are not prepared to serve the patrons, do not open your doors. Everything and everyone should be prepared and ready to go the moment the lock on the front door is switched. I waited an hour on my 30 minute lunch break for my food. Unacceptable, this place needs to tighten up, get a system that works with the number of hands they have, and keep things flowing. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but it has not been a pleasant experience

I had my family dine there and they stopped serving most vegetables items on the menu 30 minutes before closing time. The collards green were also right out the can and the rib tips were not seasoned and tough to eat. I would not recommend this restaurant. Prices were too high as well.

The food was absolutely delicious! All of the staff were so friendly. Special shout out to Chris. Not only is his cooking awesome but he also came back and checked on us to make sure we we were happy with our meals. Totally recommend!

The wait was over 30 minutes for whole catfish. The chicken wings were really good , Mac and cheese and banana pudding were ok. I would go back for the chicken wings but nothing else.
