No one picks up the phone at either locations. I've attempted to call several times at several different locations during business hours to ask questions before ordering for what would have been my first order. I can't stand bad customer service or in this case no customer services so I will pass!

Service was so poor. After waiting 30 minutes the server was just disgusting. The service industry isnt for everyone. Short haired dark woman in purple was our “server” will not be returning.
Ms. Keisha (not sure if that's how you spell it) was phenomenal. Amazing attitude and so genuine the whole time. The food was immaculate and we will definitely be back. Grits were amazing and that waffle girl!!! so. good.

My husband and I stop by this morning for breakfast, and I must say it was amazing we had the pork chop special service was great. We had a wonderful waitress name is Keshia. She was very pleasant and polite. We enjoyed our dining experience hats off to the cook. Mr & Mrs Harris.

Thumbs up Diner is my favorite restaurant when I want food delivered. They ensure the meals are packaged properly for delivery, I have not had any issues with my orders. The French Toast and breakfast bowls are delicious. The food portions are great, I always have leftovers. Whenever I want a hearty breakfast delivered, Thumbs Up Diner is my first choice.
