I bought this coconut from here. Cannot open it to drink. I asked for a refund or credit at the least since I could not open it neither could they open it and I was denied that. Truly ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars i would, y'all are over priced. You're skimping on the fruit and overcompensating with ice, and you're smoothies really aren't that good. The only time my smoothie is decent is when one girl makes it early in the morning. Y'all should go out of business and let Tropical Smoothie Cafe take over.

I had a very good smoothie from an employee named Ethan, who was very charismatic and made my smoothie perfectly. I definitely will be coming back again!!

It’s pretty stupid to try to charge customers adult drink prices if they’re purchasing something for a child. The businesses lack of foresight in being better prepared and having the right sizer cups for something offered on their menu should not fall on customers. If I order a kids drink i expect to pay for a kids drink for my kid.

they don't sell good smoothies, they are extremely watered down and they like to sell expired items. Been here twice with my husband

I had a frustrating experience at Tropical Joes Smoothies. When I arrived, no one greeted me, and the service was unwelcoming. I was told the register was down, and they were only accepting payments through Cash App. After downloading the app on the spot, they then told me it was cash only. Total waste of time. Also, the smoothies are hit or miss depending on who makes them. This kind of inconsistency and poor service makes me not want to come back.

On Sunday, October 13, 2024 I purchased items from this Douglasville Tropical Joes and the items were expired since August, 2024. Be careful! Read the expiration date. If they are selling expired stuff they could be using expired items in your smoothies. The workers and the owner had a terrible attitude and refused to rectify the situation. If it was up to me I’d give them no stars. I will not be going back and you shouldn’t either.

I Came here several times when the store says they are open until 9p and 10p online and on the front door, only to arrive and they are closed and when I asked what time they close, they hold up 8 fingers, as if 8pm. Very frustrating for discrepancies in times. Also saw other customers doing the same thing, so I’m quite sure this business is losing money.

Complete bull. Hours say open till 9PM and I arrive at 7:50PM and get to the door to find out it’s locked and the person at the register says closed. Please update your hours if this is a new policy. Otherwise it looks like the employees are playing games to go home early.

I stopped here briefly to grab a green pick-me-up. I noticed that there were no green juice options, so I settled for the simple Mr. Joe (banana & strawberries). Just moments after ordering, I spotted a green juice menu tucked away at the back. I promptly asked the server to cancel the Mr. Joe, but she informed me firmly, "I've already prepared it." How did she manage to make it so quickly? Moreover, it was expensive! I ended up paying over $7 for a kids' size. I won't be returning here or recommending it to others.

Charged double unknowingly for what I ordered. Poor knowledge of own inventory. The smoothie itself was not flavorful and was chalky. Cups are cheap. Accidentally punctured the cup with barely any force.
