The burger was great, the service was great and the manager was a bubbling personality. I wish the milkshake came in a lager size for the price but overall I will be back.

This was my first and last time eating here. The gentlemen taking our order seemed as we were bothering him while taking the order and caught a slight attitude when I added a water at the end of my meal. The restrooms were out of order and the only updating that has been done since Johnny Rocket’s closed is their name plastered everywhere. Definitely not worth $40 I could’ve gone to Cookout and gotten better - very disappointing because Douglasville needed something new and delicious in the mall but unfortunately this isn’t it.

Great food. And Employees really take care of you. If it gets busy, then it can take time to order so be patient and go before you get hungry.

As we were walking into Arbor Place, an employee handed us a special coupon for a $5 Cheeseburger. After getting everyone else set up for their lunch, I went back to try one. There was a short line to place orders. It only took a few minutes to get my order once it was placed. I ordered my Cheeseburger with no mayonnaise, lettuce, or tomato. Not a fan of the bun, but the meat had a good taste. I would order from here again in the future. This location is highly recommended!

I got the Happy Hour special. It came with the T’s Famous burger, fries and a drink. The burger was really good and it was definitely not a little patty burger. It was a thick real burger! It came with a lot of fries as well as the drink. I couldn’t even finish my meal and had half of it to take home. The staff are super friendly and caring! They really know the meaning of excellent customer service, which a lot of restaurants have lost sight of, but not here. The environment was nice and clean! Would definitely recommend and will be returning when I’m in the area.

Customer service is excellent. Food prepared very timely. Please if you want a good burger you will not find it at the food court burger joint. T’s Burger Bar has a nice location and ambience however the website pictures are deceiving. The food quality is Mediocre. I really expected a fresh beef patty with a nice fresh bun and sesame seeds. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. Patty’s are precooked - I should have went to Wendy’s.

Let me tell y'all, this place is so good! I had the double cheeseburger and my fiance got the bacon cheeseburger, both were delicious. The double cheeseburger was so large I struggled, but it was so worth the mess. Also, they don’t skimp out on the portions, the side of seasoned fries were massive and hot! The taste is there & the customer service was spectacular. Will definitely be back again and again.

Bella and I decided to stop by T's Burger Bar after seeing some great reviews, and we’re so glad we did! The owner herself was at the cash register, taking orders with a friendly smile. I ordered T's Famous Cheeseburger without the bun and asked if they could make it a lettuce wrap. They couldn't, but no worries! My side was regular fries. Bella went for Granny's Turkey Burger, also no bun, with dill mayo and sweet potato fries. I got a drink, and Bella had water. Total price before tip was $32.37.

After paying, we received a number and settled into a booth. The restaurant still has those cute little jukeboxes from Johnny Rockets—kudos for the upcycling! ?

When our food arrived, everything was spot on. My burger tasted fantastic, though some of the lettuce was wilted and brown, but the rest was perfect. The crinkle fries were divine—who doesn’t love a good crinkle fry? Bella loved her burger too! The dill mayo didn’t quite hit the mark for us on the burgers but would be amazing on a fish sandwich. Just our taste preference, no fault of anyone's.

Now, about those sweet potato fries—HOLY COW! They were the best we’ve ever had. Not sure what kind of magic they used, but they were incredible, even without the cinnamon.

When shopping in the mall, I will 100% stop in for the sweet potato fries, even if I’m not hungry! Please support this fantastic restaurant so the owner can continue sharing her delicious food with all of us!

Can you say Johnny rockets!?!? Nothing special food wise for sure, Service was good however. If you’re in the mall and want a burger, fine but I wouldn’t travel any distance or dry by other burger joints to get here!

If you find yourself at the Arbor Place mall and are looking for a place to eat, I recommend you check out T's Burger Bar. I got the turkey burger and it was hot and delicious. The fries are the good old fashioned crinkle fries. Service was fast and courteous.
