I ordered a cookie cake one week in advance for our company Christmas party. I only wanted a generic 'Merry Christmas' on the cake to be picked up at 5pm the day needed. After waiting in line, I was told the cake was not made, that he didn't do cakes and he didn't even have the cookie baked. Told me 30 minutes to an hour needed, which I didn't have. I waited to make this review to see if a manager would call me since he said the manager was there, but on a trash run. That was three days ago, still no call or apology. I can only imagine if it was for something like my son's birthday and how upset I would be if I could not get the one thing I ordered, it wasn't like I was ordering it the same day I wanted it.

is the 60 dollar cookie cake I pre ordered to be ready at 1pm on this past Saturday. A family member went to pick it up at 140 and was told it's only half way done and the lady was mad that he was there already. This is a terrible cake and the worst basketball I have ever seen. Not to mention the name on the cake is spelled wrong!

Was supposed to be fully vanilla iced with vanilla and dark green border, and softball themed; softballs are yellow. Not to mention It looks a 2nd grader wrote on it. Not happy to have spent $60 on this.

I ordered my son's 2nd birthday cake from here online so that we could just pick his cake up after his Build A Bear party. My husband ended up missing our son's party waiting on a cake to be decorated since the one we ordered was not ready. I have the confirmation email and all. This is what we got for $49. I paid $39 for the cake and left a $10 tip when I ordered.

No one answers the phone at store level or to file a complaint. Deserves zero stars Run don't walk. Shut this place down. Refund Hi A Cookie Cake was purchased for my sisters birthday. When I went to pick it up, it was 2:45pm. 12/28/21. There were hardly any cookies to sale. The ones that were there looked old. Absolutely no chocolate chip cookies only maybe 5 different types of sugar cookies. I asked did they just open? Only one person was wearing a mask and it was an older lady. I wanted to purchase more cookies but as I stated there were none to sale. Everything looked old. The heavy set guy told me they had been closed for the past 2 days, and they had to restock that's why they were out of cookies. However, this was the 28th I was there and the sign said closed 26th. When I picked up my sisters cake it looked old to me but I wasn't sure bc I didn't taste it. They forgot her doozie birthday cookie as I had to go back and get that but it was from the few cookies they had to sale. My sister text me and said that cookie cake seemed like it was made a week ago. (See text pic attachment) I told her I thought it looked old when he gave it to me. This is unacceptable bc we paid $50.00 and her birthday is ruined bc of a lack of fresh product. I've been calling for days and no answer. I even called the day of pickup with no answer to see if the cake was indeed ready.

I had to give one star. I'm addicted to these cookies. Truly I aim. I use to love this location. However, since COVID you can barely catch this place stocked with cookies. I have also seen the employees there not using gloves during a time like this for one. 2. Did I mentioned you barely any cookies available and they are excited to close without servicing the loyal customers. Also the cookies are smaller and skinner at this location. The nail in the coffin for me was when I seen gnats flying around and on the cookies . That was the last straw for this location. Grossed out ! Then the employee who was bare handed swatted the cookies and stated he did not see any bugs. Welp you lost a customer today ! Avoid this location at all cost! Close the enclosure to keep the bugs out! Go to any other location besides this one. Visibly seeing creatures on my cookies I could not pay for that !

Visited 10/27/19 -Downstairs location; across from Rue 21 I am a frequent Arbor Place Mall Shopper and of course who doesn't indulge in the food court? Well, this visit I was tooo lazy to walk upstairs to the food court to get my delicious slice of cookie cake. I zoomed in on the absolute last slice as the cheerful Associate greets me. I pointed and smiled and asked for the slice of cookie cake and in the mix of me saying yes, that's it a freaking fly! Landed right on the top of the cookie inside of the display case. WTF I told him never mind a bug just landed on it and proceeded to continue walking. I came back may 10-15 minutes later just hoping and wishing that there were new cookie cake slices added... I be damned if that same slice I'd just salivated over and so did the fly was still in the display case. Did I mention the Associate saw the fly? I'd be lying if I said I will never eat another cookie cake slice but I was completely turned off and so were my tastebuds.
