Came in tonight & the server was very unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich & hashbrown in a ring she got mad because she didn’t know what it was. Threw her writing pad down & walked to the back. I left wouldn’t recommend this location at all .! They need to seriously look at their night time staff 0/10 .

Cooks did really well even with the place full of customers the staff handled the flow well. They gave me someone else’s hashbrowns they remade my order without complaint and the cooks still gave high quality service.

This location is ridiculous there is no reason why i ordered my order online and its taking almost 30 minutes i literally went to my car and came back and my food “was picked up by someone else” .So now im waiting on my order to be made all over again literally ridiculous

The food was fine.The service was fine but the only way you can possibly eat here and enjoy it is to be an eskimo. I begged them to lower the temperature. But it was explained that they keep it cold purposely so that people don't linger and they can turn the tables over. regularly. Since the food and service was good, I would love to be able to return but it's not comfortable having to eat with a coat, a hat, mittens and boots on just to be able to finish my meal. If I wanted to eat and run I would go to a fast food restaurant.

I had an excellent experience at this Waffle House! Emmanuel, the cook, did a fantastic job preparing our food—it was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Letha, provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
This is hands down the best Waffle House I’ve been to. The combination of great food and exceptional service makes it a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
