This review is not about the food. The food was very good. Hats off to the cook and to the cashier that took my order, she was great. My review is of the Manager. I regret I did not get her name. My issue with her was her lack of customer service. After placing my order, I proceeded to sit down at the table/bar and she gave me a dirty look and told me to sit in one of the seats of the waiting area. I was confused because a man was sitting at the table/bar and it was VERY OBVIOUS he placed a take-out order. Question, why was he allowed to sit where he wanted to sit and I could not? I didn't ask the reason why I could not sit at the table/bar because I knew I probably would have been rude to her and I did not want to upset myself on this Sunday morning. As a paying customer, I felt it was unnecessary and weird to tell me to not sit at the table/bar. Also, it wasn't that crowded where I needed to sit elsewhere. As long as I have patronized a Waffle House, it has never been a problem to sit at the table/bar. Hope she can learn better customer service skills.

I can’t believe out of all the Waffle House I’ve been to I’ve always gotten there coffee but this particular one wants to have it to where you can only get one refill and then afterwards you have to eat something in order to get refills or else they will charge you extra just for a coffee and not to eat! Will not be coming back to this location…

Had the worst experience trying to take out food the cashier was trying to charge me a 20% tip for a carryout bag and for plastic utensils which Is so crazy this is the only waffle house I heard do this but for now on if I do decided to come back I will dine in if I have to do a 20% tip this is not a lounge to be asking for that any way

These establishments are out of line with the tipping culture. I didn’t know to carry out food you have to tip 20% gratuity. I politely gave the cashier her menu and walked out. The mere fact that I’m coming to spend my money and support the business should be tip enough. It’s not my job to pay wages.
