Came in after my shift at 2:15 am, the cook Ryan refused to cook my food. He’s always unprofessional and always in a bad mood. Servers are great but the cook is terrible and rude to customers and servers.

To Whom It May Concern,
I hope all is well on the evening of 3/5/25 @ around 6:45-7pm. A work colleague and myself visited this establishment with empty stomachs and a powerful thirst, but darn it not a soul in sight. I mean not a sign of life anywhere to be seen, lights on door unlocked but no friendly faces to be happy to take our order. Maybe next time I guess, one thing about it Waffle House is always open 24/7 365 days a year..... even if nobody's at work. Or maybe they were out back savoring that last long drag of a second hand Virginia Slim. Either way I hope all is well for my WH heros!

This has been my waffle house for two years, I believe in higien, and for the last four months I have seen an employee that is careless he doesn't tie his shoes, he doesn't wear socks, he doesn't comb his hair, he doesn't brush his teeth and literally he stinks, on our last visit he spoke over our food and we saw spit fall over our fork, this young man can do better but we will never go back. It is not his fault it's management's fault.

My friend, fiancee, and I stopped here to wait out a thunderstorm and just be somewhere warm that wasn't my cramped car. The two staff members working there originally told us that they're only doing to-go orders but they let us stay to just wait things out. A few minutes in they asked if we'd like anything to drink, and a little after that they asked what food we'd like to eat and I'm just very grateful for how they treated me and my companions during a time of anxiety for us. D and Naiyah (if I misspelled your names I'm so sorry) are so kind, my companions and I will never forget the kindness they showed us today.
And for the record, the food was really really good. <3

Staff were trolling for there next man.I believe manager kyle was there but went to the back never to be seen again. My order was wrong 3 times and I left unsatisfied and $17.00 short . Also with tooth breaking hash browns . Store is full of ants and centipedes running amongst the building internally. Would not recommend to even the homeless. I don't see how this store is even open.

64$ order they started doing service fee 4.98$ and Togo charge 4.98$ instead of the 10% Togo charge which was fine. tried to forget plastic forks syrup and butter which is part of the Togo fee. Ordered triple mushrooms only got one scoop. Ordered extra bacon which I didn't receive. Waffle house isn't worth the wait nor the money anymore especially when you're paying for items you don't receive.

Put in take out order at location. Left and returned 20 minutes later, order still not put in. Manager was micro managing the servers by taking the orders and from servers and calling it out. Say they call in store orders first. I was in store for take out. I made the order before some of the people sitting down.
