Coffee cup sat empty the entire time parts of my order were missing sat for 10 minutes before even getting service 4 waiters behind the counter and no response genuinely my worst experience at a waffle house ever in my 25 years of existence

I came in around 6:30am to eat. I was greeted and attended to promptly. About halfway thru my meal, the employee attending to me came up and asked if I would go ahead and pay. I took my card out to hand to her and she said they weren't allowed to handle credit cards and I would have to come up to the register. Now I figured she was probably trying to close out her tables so she could go home but after I paid she was still there helping others. I found this to be completely ruined to be asked to not just pay in the middle of my meal, but to get up from my table, leave my food unattended, and go to the cash register to pay for some unknown reason instead of waiting like every other establishment until I was finished and ready to pay on my own. Will drive a little further to a different Waffle House from now on, there's one about every exit.

The service here was horrible. Our order was wrong, they didn't even cook the toppings for our hashbrowns just threw them on top. Had to get up and get myself condiments and walk to the bar to get the waitress to refill our drinks. Normally not that bad, but I also don't normally visit this location

I love this place the staffs are amazing great food and wonderful hospitality so if you ever in there, make sure you tip because they go over and beyond
Came this morning to eat and have not seen customer service like that in Douglasville in a long time Ronda cut up with us and was a perfect watriess , I will definitely come back to see her she is very up lifting a positive! Thank you Ronda amazing personality

Came for breakfast with my family and I have to give credit when it’s due the team at this Waffle House is outstanding! Thank you Dee and Jai for being kind and making our breakfast amazing your customer service and hospitality is the best I’ve encountered in a very long time. Best Waffle House of the ones in Douglasville. Service is always quick, good always delicious and grease filled like a good WH is. I never go to the other WH in town bc this one is so good. They are still running the egg surcharge fee, but it was only $0.50 extra.
What a horrible experience! Waitress took order then didn't call it in when she could. Took forever to get food. When I got my food waffle was cold and hash browns also. Right before I left an older gentleman came in with his grandson and sat down at a dirty table cause they wouldn't clean the table off. The waiter immediately got ride with this gentleman for sitting down. Would NOT recommend out revisit this location.
