I came in with a Togo order for scramble eggs and cheese grits....bacon on side.....it was burnt and my grits was lumpy....20 mins before I got my food....A recurring customer ( how they greeted him) got his food before me...and he came in after me! She forgot my silverware and had to remind her! Wow! For the prices and service.....Certain Waffle house quality has gone down. Thanks Waffle House. A very long time customer.

We stopped here while in Douglasville and I have to say this is absolutely the best Waffle House food I have ever had by far. The food was cooked perfect to my request and service was friendly,. I felt like I was in grandma's kitchen. If you are in this area and want good breakfast food this is the place.. Great Food!!
This is still a Waffle House but oh my gosh - the VERY Best customer service I have ever experienced. Was so surprised - we will definitely be back. 2nd time and equally as awesome! This crew - Ms. Bernie, Mr. John and Ms. Theresa are amazing - love their job and have the greatest heart for service. Their manager has everything very festive. You can tell this is a well cared for establishment.

It's Waffle House so you know what to expect of the food, and they get the it right. What I like is the friendly attitude and great service. We don't eat there often, but it always feels like we're old friends when we visit. I drive past 2 other Waffle House locations to eat at this one.

The times we are in you all had the nerve to charge me $2.55 Service charge and a $2.55 ToGo fee on a $20.00 dollar order as if this was a gourmet meal. Which brought my bill to $30.60. I will not be back. This is ridiculous. I will be putting this out there for others who are not aware and even the whistler blower. The food was not worth $30.00 dollars. I could have gone to Golden Corral and had all you can eat cheaper than that. A Hot Freakin Mess! Don't be surprised if you people outside your door with picking signs. ? ?

Honestly. I didnt have a very good experience this time. Usually its a great place to go, but today when i went, the place smelled like wet dog and dirty dishes. The place wasn't too busy, a few open seats. I placed my order, and waited about 20 minutes for my food. During this time, I noticed several employees walking around on their phones, taking calls and texting, eating on the line in front of the customers and their drinks on a rack directly next to my table. My server bought it to me all at once, not hot or warm. After receiving my food, it took my server half and hour to bring me my check after I had to ask for it. And when i finished, they never prebussed the table. So i sat with limited arm space. Another issue i had was that The server was being inappropriate to another crew member, implying that "he was getting ready for her to spank him." While I understand this might be a joke for those on a personal level, this being a family friendly establishment, I considered this to be unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with my experience today.
