One of the best Waffle House locations I have visited! They always have a young lady greeting and she has a super personality, greets everyone with welcoming! Waitress was a newbie, but she gave it good effort!

Customer service was not on point. They pushed me to the side 3 times to check others out and the lady who was taking orders walked off and started doing other things altogether. Food was ok, but they forgot my cheese that I paid for on my hashbrowns and my silverware. For $35 they could have done better!

Now that they have a greeter, especially on weekends and busy days, it makes going to Waffle House feel more like visiting a premier restaurant.

I entered the restaurant placed my order at 11:15 pm and paid for a to go order. The server took all orders for in house patrons and is holding tickets for the to go customers. Here it is over an hour later and this young girl still has not placed my order. What kind of service is this? I come here in the day time often and the service is normally great but this lady is awful and rude. And the cook and other server can’t seem to intervene. When the other server tried to assist me at the 45 minute mark, she said she had it and would call all her to go orders at one time. They are completely ignoring the to go customers as if our money and time is not important. It is currently 12:25 and I am still waiting for the food I paid for over an hour ago!!! I watched 4 groups of people come in after me and everyone waited, have their orders taken and food served. Two groups paid and left before I got my food. It’s the Waffle House… so I guess service like this is the norm.

First of all they didn’t want to take our order because there were 4 orders before ours. I ordered coffee and I didn’t even get a spoon to stir. I waited 15 min and I got up and asked for a spoon. After that they gave us plastic utensils and we are dining in I guess they don’t want to wash. I don’t know how the food is because I haven’t received it yet.

I usually come here when I get off work but lately when I’ve been coming the staff look a bit irritated when I come in to pick up my food Maybe won’t visit as much I won’t spend my money where it isn’t wanted. And they definitely have been hiring some new interesting looking people. This is Chapel Hill for goodness sake.

This is the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to my food was uncooked. And on top of that my order was wrong and they still tried to charge me for items I never got. Unfortunately I Won’t ever be back to this location I highly recommend the Fairburn rd location

This new to go menu is a scam and the servers pick and choose how they want to give the menu to. Be careful ordering from this restaurant because I have order to go before, but today was the first time I was given this menu with $3 difference in menu prices.
