Used to be the best service, people knew the regulars and was very happy with the food.I don’t know what happened to the crew that has been there in the mornings, but the new crew is terrible. I have to put in my order basically when I leave in my 30 min trip, just to be able to SIT and WAIT still, with no greeting. Not coming here anymore, even though I work right next to the place.

I stood at the cashier to place a to go order and was completely ignored. The place was not even busy at the time. A cashier even came to the register and checked out a customer behind me. This is totally unacceptable and rude. Considering this is a pretty new establishment in Douglasville it is definitely headed towards disaster. Luckily I had time to go to the other Waffle House on Chapel Hill and got friendly and immediate service.

I walked in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit Togo on March 3rd at 3:09pm not only did she over charge me they didn’t even fix my order correctly.. she charged me $6 for a $3.20 biscuit and when I asked for a receipt she gave me some made up receipt that doesn’t even show my order in detail. If Management sees this review, I would like to speak to you immediately. I am a regular at this establishment and live in the area. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

Newest Waffle House in our area. Clean and food is cooked to my liking-delicious! It a nice, friendly, place with clean facilities. I feel safe eating here.Dietary restrictions: Love the hashbroenscand that they can be steamed and not dripping with grease.Parking: One thing needs to be taken care of a sap Fir customer safety. The walkway drops off and needs to be filled in up to the walkway. My uusbsnd’scHoverroubdcalmostvtoppled over to another customer walking in front of him suddenly and his Hoverround landed sideways half turned over. Two customers thankfully came to our aid. But this could have be any customer just stepped and turned theirbankle, it could cause anyone to fall. I hope this will be fixed as soon asap.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband has a Hoverround and it is on a Lyft on back of our SUV. There is hsndicsp parking and it is very necessary to have the space to let the Lyft down and pick up the passenger. Seems to be adequate room to do this.

Never have I walked into a Waffle House with sooo many friendly faces. Walked in on Christmas morning with a big order for my family. The staff were waiting and anxiously waiting to serve. As I waited on my food they literally greeted every customer walking in w/ a “Good morning” or “Merry Christmas” and a smile. I’m shocked!! You reallydon’t set expectations on customer service when it comes to Waffle House and just come in for the food! But when the food and staff are amazing it’s a great feeling.
We ate there November 28th about 4:00 and the food was terrible service was okay but my wife's eggs were inedible and had to be redone the second time a little bit better,my and my daughter's hamburger was over cooked and chewy . Then to top things off my daughter was over charged. I have been eating at Waffle House since the late 70's and have never gotten this kind of poor food.

Our family really has enjoyed the atmosphere and service at this new local Waffle house. We have always been fans, but it fills like walking into your family's kitchen here. I hope we continue to feel this way.I was so happy to be able to buy these cups recently.

Very efficiently run location. Grill manager was calling out orders to expedite food to customers. Servers were all busy keeping customer coming and getting refills. Even though they were extremely busy, the place was still clean. They have it down to a science. I know it's a new location, so I hope they keep this same energy.

The server was really nice but the cook …Grabbed the raw pork chops . Then touched bread to put in toaster & touched the cheese to put inside eggs . Smh . I get it waffle house is like fast food breakfast but at the same time I’m the only person here so you literally have time to do things correctly .
