We stopped there for a quick meal on a trip on my birthday. But it was not quick. We had to wait 10min to order at the drive through, and no one even asked us to wait until we said hello three times and there was a line of six cars behind us. They did not write our order down correctly, and they did not have baked potatoes when that is what we went there for.

The woman with the blonde colored locs should not be serving customers. She’s rude and has an assuming personality. She refused to acknowledge my son and I when serving our food and drinks, then accused me of snatching the bag. Corporate should definitely consider having her clean restrooms for now on.

Bro they can’t even make a simple burger correctly. I ordered a “BACON DOUBLE STACK” no onions. How does it take 3 times to correct that simple thing? First one had no bacon at all and two big ass onions that’s it. Then the second one had a tomato and that’s it still no bacon. Then the third was was still not correct…After having to come back in the store 3 times. How is it that the workers can’t comprehend a simple burger? There’s not even cheese on this but they wanted to Laugh at people like it was a Game

Today I went in to buy food at this place, but they did not accept that they would make my payment in cash as they only accept cards. I left the place without buying anything. The manager mentioned that no more orders would be made if they were in cash.

Fully staffed . And very slow at the moment so I don’t understand why I wasn’t given fresh food . Nuggets were cold & fries were re-dropped . I sucked it up and ate the nuggets but the fries were unacceptable considering that’s what I was waiting for . Asked for ketchup , gave me 2 packets . Smh just a mess . Customer service 0 . Food 0 . Won’t be back .
