Today at Wendy's on Douglas Blvd I had the absolute best experience. Ms. Amanda the manager there is amazing. She made sure all my food was accurate, fresh, and made promptly. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I am super pleased with my entire experience today at Wendy's.

Whoever is working here at the moment, just sold me halfway cooked chicken nuggets, and the hardest fries that Iâve ever had. I really wish I wouldâve checked my bag before I left, but I was on the phone. One thing about employees that work at fast food restaurants they donât get paid enough to care about anybody or anything. I canât believe they did this

Went through the drive thru and was told to pull up. Not a problem. Once food was brought out the spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered turned out to be a Daveâs single. Came back the next day to have it corrected and they did with proof of purchase. The thing that made this a bad experience outside of making the mistake on my order was the way they bad mouthed the drive thru customers.

Me and my family was in the drive thru and while ordering a food, I requested not to put vegetables on the burgers. After I asked how much all, there was another girl that interrupted that yelled at me on the drive thru and asked if we want mayo and ketchup. When I pulled to the cashier window, I asked the cashier who was that on the phone that yelled at me, she said it was the manager. I told the cashier, I donât care if she is the Manager, she shouldnât yell. When I got to the pick up window, there was a girl that gave us the food and staring at me so bad and did not even say anything, if do we need sauce or a thank you. She turned around and look again with a bad staring look. I said I donât care if she is the Manager, because the Manager shouldnât yell at your customers, you are only holding that title but you are still dealing with customers. And learn on how to say thank you and apologize to your customers and you may need to take a stellar service training and lead by examples to your employees to get respect. My child heard you yelling at me just to ask about a ketchup and mayo on the burgers. Store #3094 and the time of purchase is 1:54pm on January 12,2025.

This place has a problem with cleanliness. Self order kiosk is covered with greasy fingerprints. Always has a sour smell. The drink station is always swarming with fruit flies. Most of the time they get your order correct tho.
