My first time trying wing stop, i had wings, voodoo fries, and Cajun corn and I'm beyond satisfied. Wish I didn't have to travel far for it but it's so worth it!

(ZERO STARS IF I COULD) I have never written a review before, but this time, I very much had to. I placed my order on the 24th of January for a 20 piece wing (10 lemon pepper 10 louisiana rub), 10 fried corn (extra seasoning), and a fry (extra seasoning) with a large ranch for my lunch for work. I get there, they stuffed all 20 different flavored wings in one box, then drenched my Louisiana wings in some weird sauce and put the wet lemon pepper on top. The corn wasn't really cooked and has zero seasoning on it and the fries was cold and soggy with no seasoning on it as well. The dude at the counter kept trying to tell me that's how the Louisiana RUB wings are (wet) and I repeatedly kept telling him no its not, I'm not a first time customer to a wingstop, I had to ask for the manager, said her name was Tiffany. Mrs. Tiffany said she can remake my entire order, but I told her I could not because I have to go to work. So she said just come back when I can and they will remake it, she took my info and written it down. So I went back January 30th to have my order remade. So apparently the manager Mark was straight just plain rude from beginning to the end. First of all, he kept questioning me as if I need to come in and lie about my order and a remake, then he acted as if he didnt want to remake it then called whoever he called and then he proceeded to make smart comments to the employee's about my order like as if I have to lie. Your employee's messed up MY ORDER NOW YOU HAVE AN WHOLE ATTITUDE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO FIX IT, YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I moved to Villa Rica, and my Initial order was the first time i've ever been to this location and my remake was my second and last time I'll EEEEEEVER go there again. I'll drive to Fayetteville or Doraville location before I ever go back to that wingstop all because of Mark and his attitude and nasty demeanor. You guys should definitely invest in managers with people skills.

Wingstop has really gone down. I ordered 50 wings all flats fried hard to take to a pool party. I get there and the wings are super super soggy. They were practically wasted because no one wanted to eat them. This order cost me $81. I called the store the next day and complained about my order. A manager name Tiffany told me she would give me 2 combos for free for my inconvenience. She said she would put them in the "book".
I return to the store to collect on my free combos and was told no way buddy. Another manager said that I needed the receipt from that order and she doesn't see my name in their "book".
Wingstop doesn't care about their customers.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I ordered via doordash and it took them forever to prepare my food to the point that I had to have a second dasher pick up the order because the first one left. The food was cold, they sent the wrong dressing and they didn't even put my french fries in an enclosed container. I will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars, I would!

This place is an all around mess. We've never been so, my son and I drove to Douglasville to check it out. I ordered bone in "hot" wings and got some dry mild wings. He ordered "hot" boneless wings and got honey dry rub something. We got 2 orders of fries, a ranch dressing, and a Bleu cheese. One of the fries were supposed to be no seasoning. They were both no seasoning. Got 2 ranch instead of Bleu cheese. There was no soap in the restroom. Also, we had to pull over for my son to get sick on the way home. Definitely our last trip.

Ordered Louisiana fries, okay! Paid for honey mustard, did not receive. Not sure what is the employees motive stealing peoples money and not giving people what they pay for. By doing that you are losing money and business while putting money in a franchise pockets. How lame. Know how to read an order.

I RARELY write reviews but this was my LAST straw!!! I can not stand when an establishment can not follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS! I ordered a 6 pc wing combo “WELL DONE” and I usually check my food from here but they were doing good so far up to this point on following instructions. I opened the box when I get home and the chicken wings was a pale and damn near raw as can be. I HAD TO PUT THEM
IN THE AIR FRYER TO FINISH COOKING THEM. Just read and follow instructions WingStop it’s so simple! ?

Manager on duty july 11th at 5pm scolded employees in front of all the customers right behind me while I was ordering resulting in her screaming in my ear i couldn’t focus on ordering. Probably explains why this location is constantly cycling through employees
