They only serve chicken and fries. Not sure why it takes them an additional 40 mins to have food ready when you pay online and wait the 21 mins before you are on your way to pick up your food. None of the workers are friendly, and they are always texting and listening to music on their phones. They seem to have a lot of downtime for none of the food to be made and the store not to be clean. Clearly, they need new management and better workers! It would be a shame if the health department were to visit the store within the next few weeks!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
The general manager is absolutely unprofessional. They got my food wrong and lied about remaking it. The manager Jaz, stated she wrote my name in the book for a remake but when I went in to get the remake, she wrote in the book, she had already remade my order. Which was not true. I'm truly sorry I even ordered food from them but even more regretful that I wasted my time trying to get my remake order. I will not give them anymore of my money.

I waited for over an hour for my food to come, I was told it would be 40, instead, I waited over an hour. It seems like they need to update their system and possibly have more stuff on board. The young lady in the front was very nice, as for everyone else it just seems like the atmosphere lack professionalism and honesty with telling people how long the wait would actually be instead of piling orders on top of one another.

This place has the worst customer service ever every time I order online. My food is always wrong. My last online order we even called to make sure it was going be made correctly. It still came wrong and I had to driving up there after ordering on the website Paying for a delivery fee just to get my food done correctly.

So today I decided to just go and order it in person waited over 30 minutes for a 10 piece Wrong it was supposed to be wet mild lemon pepper. I opened the box. It was just mild I told the guy it was supposed to be lemon pepper too. He took it and slammed it in the trash.

Walk to the back and said oh she must of Wanted that. Brought it back it was just lemon pepper. I repeated what I ordered he walks to the back and says I’m not about to argue with her…

You made my food wrong twice and yours mad at me… I asked for my money back so the manager came and said he would remake it.

All of the employees were kind. The food was hot and fresh. I’m not a fan of chicken so, I decided to try Wingstop for the first time to see if I would like it. I would recommend to friends but, I probably won’t go again. The restaurant was highly clean. It was a very good atmosphere. I waited patiently for service since no one was at the register to take my order. It didn’t take long but, I just wanted to mention this detail.

Come on you guys. All these one star reviews are telling you something. What's the point of an online order if you are not going to start it until I get there. Wasted my entire lunch block. I know these guys in the back are trying. This is a mangament issue, not cooks and order makers. Hire some more guys and give better training. Never this location again.

I’m very disappointed, this is my second attempt with you all I will not be back at your location. This is the second time I asked for my wings to be cooked done and they still are soggy and they do not look like garlic Parmesan. Just because you may get a little busy, it doesn’t mean rush on people’s food and especially chicken! Pissed off customer😡 we shouldn’t have to come home and re-cook our food. Everybody doesn’t live next to you all to turn around and come back.🙄

These wings will make you SICK…me and my daughter had them and we got the worst kind of diarrhea you could imagine..they clearly arnt cleaning the grease or something.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the service here was absolutely terrible. I placed my order online at 6 pm and it was supposed to be ready at 6:25 which was when I arrived. As soon as I walked in the cashier said “pickup or placing?” No greeting or anything. I gave him my name and he said it was still being made. After waiting an additional 30 minutes I asked him if they were still working on my order and he immediately went to my bag that had been sitting for the longest not needing to check the name or anything. This tells me that he knew it was my order the entire time. Not only that, he stood at the register in the front of the store while talking on his cell phone and having them on speaker. There was no sense of professionalism or care whatsoever. Would not recommend this wingstop to anyone. You would be better off driving to another one

This is unacceptable food service. These are smaller than chicken nuggets. And these are “boneless wings” order. The amount you pay vs quality is terrible.

came in around 11:30 and specifically asked if they would be able to drop fresh fries if i ordered a large fry because if not it was fine, i just wouldn’t order the fries. the guy said he could drop fries so i waited 10 minutes thinking it was because of the fact i was getting fresh fries but all they did was give me the ones that were sitting for who knows how long. they didn’t even at least drop the old ones for 30 seconds.
they were barely warmed and so over seasoned i couldn’t eat them so that was a waste of my time and $5. haven’t eaten Wingstop in 5 years and it’ll probably be another 5 before i try again after this encounter.
