Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My online order was over 15 minutes late, I had to ask about it to get it, and there were no sauces in the bag.

They asked me to pull forward then never brought my food. 20 minutes passed and it was inside sitting on the counter cold.

I never heard of this place I’m for Miami until I went to Douglasville Georgia and we ordered wings and they were good. I recommend this place if you are ever in the area they sell varieties of food.

Said someone stole my Uber eats pick up order, so I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they made it for the first time. Yep they forgot to check the online orders. Anywho lots of attitude, after waiting 15 minutes they gave me burnt fries and sad looking chicken wings with hardly any meat on it. Now they're selling these for 5 for $10, so the value is supposedly $2 a wing. Would you pay $2 for the wings pictured? I pointed out how sickly the wings looked to the young manager. He just didn't care and walked away. I took pictures for proof. One last thing, we tried to eat the wings for dinner and they had a weird taste and made us feel nauseous. Synopsis: This is a terribly run restaurant, with workers with a bad attitudes who prepare sub-par food that might make you sick.

Customer service is very bad and very slow and especially on DoorDash & Uber Eats orders They don't know how to greet customers I will never come here again .

Waited in line for over 20min just to get to the window and get cold fries, Had to go inside res to wait for them to make replacement and they act like it was no mistake made .

Expecting me to wait in a Drive-Thru line wrapped around the building to pick up a delivery order that I can see sitting on the shelf inside, and it's not even 10:00 is not okay

We came in and ordered at 12:20pm….did not get our food until 12:40pm and then still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to ask for forks they forgot. The lady sitting next to us chimed in and said it took them 25 minutes to get their food too. Just poor service.

Today they were very busy. I cashier was a little rude as she could clearly see and hear my husband and I having a quick conversation about our order and
interrupted us, asking a question I had already answered for her twice. Service was also slow and even though we said we were dinning in we received our food in to go bags. Also, they were out of multiple sauces. . After we finally received our food it was good.
