We came in and ordered at 12:20pm….did not get our food until 12:40pm and then still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to ask for forks they forgot. The lady sitting next to us chimed in and said it took them 25 minutes to get their food too. Just poor service.

Today they were very busy. I cashier was a little rude as she could clearly see and hear my husband and I having a quick conversation about our order and
interrupted us, asking a question I had already answered for her twice. Service was also slow and even though we said we were dinning in we received our food in to go bags. Also, they were out of multiple sauces. . After we finally received our food it was good.

We ordered our food at ~8:10, and got it around 8:45. Multiple people in the lobby area waited around this long to get their food. I politely asked why it took so long to get our food, and the worker responded that she had no idea. I might have skipped this review of the worker had given a legitimate reason, but it appeared to be just poor management. I'm sure the people in the drive through line didn't wait as long as we did.

Rude ass employees at this location! Went through the drive thru with my 3 daughters. So we ordered 2 chicken finger plate meals and 2 surf and turf meals and a chicken fajita quesadilla. So the girl at the window hands me 1 drink and a bag that contains the 2 chicken finger meals and 1 surf and turf meal and the quesadilla. Mind you she says nothing to me after handing it to me so I wait patiently for her to hand me the other surf and turf meal and 3 more drinks. She comes to the window with an attitude and says “ma’am what are you waiting for?!” I say my other meal and 3 more drinks that I ordered. Another girl says she only entered the one surf and turf not two. I said but I ordered two and we still are missing the other drinks too. So I pay for the meal and she asks me to park and she’ll bring out the food. We decided to stay and eat in the car so we open the bags and there is no sauce at all so me and my youngest go inside and patiently wait because there are two people at the counter ordering. After they step away I step forward and the girl doesn’t even turn to look at us like she just knew I was going to come in and complain which I wasn’t. I just wanted my sauces! So when she finally looks at me I say can I get four sauces there was none in our bag and she says with a snotty ass attitude “you could have just grabbed some.” (There was an box on the counter with some in there). But I wasn’t trying to be rude to the other people that were at the counter by reaching around them and to be honest didn’t see the box because my view was blocked by them. Rude as hell for no reason! I was never rude to them in anyway through this whole situation so I really don’t understand why they would act that way at all.

As I was sitting at the drive-thru window waiting for my food, a young male employee was refilling the syrups for the milkshakes right beside the drink machine. In doing so, he dropped the pump, which went down inside the bottle. After he finished emptying the syrup into the bottle, he proceeded to pick the pump up off the floor and put it right back into the bottle, down inside the syrup. He didn't even bother to rinse it off. There were three other female employees all standing there watching. I was in shock. Without thinking, I said out loud "you can't do that!" My kid had just been handed a vanilla milkshake and I thought what if I had been one customer later. My kid would have been slurping up the dirt off their floor. They all looked at me like I was crazy and started laughing at him, but nobody took that pump out or dumped the jar. They just closed the window on me, and I drove away in disbelief. NEVER. AGAIN. DOUGLASVILLE.

All of the employees here are kids! The day after eating a Big zax snack here I caught the stomach bug. The kids this night look like they had poor hygiene. That was the only thing I’ve ate that day so theres no doubt that it didnt come from this zaxby.
