I LOVE this place! Everything is so good, but the lemon pepper wings and the philly are both a MUST. Perfect place to order from when hosting a bunch of people. 10/10 recommend

Stopped by on a whim because I didn’t know what to eat and had never tried them. Couldnt have left more satisfied. The staff were incredibly incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Definitely a new go to for me.

My father would go on weekly trips past this location. After one time of having their wings and Philly we definitely have made it a tradition to eat here almost every week possible. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Service is second to none and the atmosphere is nice. Love it here

I have my correct order but Doordash also gave me someone else's order. Her name is Angela C or something like that. I tried calling my dasher and American Deli to no avail.

Let me start with it took 20 min to get my food from the time I checked out. I got charged $1 on a $14 order for 10 wings and fries. I got 1 ranch, and asked for another ($.75). The WORST American Deli I've ever been to. They definitely have poor operating procedures, not to mention poor customer service. They could be making so much more $ if they would just get it together

Llet me start by saying, I doordash on the side. I've been delivering orders for this place for 3 years ...I've had American Deli several times from chain locations, this one however, seems to be a mom and pop joint stuffed inside an old huddle house, they are very rude, I ordered a 15 piece bone in wing, paid 17.50, when I got my order it was very wrong, it was a 3 piece strip fry combo, the same lady who took my order and remembered talking to me, made me go dig through my car for the green label from my bag to prove the order was wrong... Once I did this she he remade my order. They dumped the prev order out of my box that was wrong in the trash, scraped it on the lid of the trash can in front of me, and dumped the wings into the box, the wings we had the stems from the feathers till sticking out of them.. my food was sitting on top of the sauce and remnants of cold fries from the wrong order of the scraped off box, when I asked for my money back they refused. Had to call American Deli corp. They sent me a check as a refund, don't ship here unless you're use to trash
Decent food, but they wanted to up-charge for small sauce packets even though we spent over $60. Even asked for a dollar for refills though we dined in. Covid shields everywhere made it feel uncomfortable, yet staff was friendly. Not likely to return. Gyro had very little meat. Fries seemed to be what everyone liked.

Was told their philly steaks are the closest to an actual Philly from Philadelphia and they did not disappoint!! Got their Philly and 5pc wing combo and they offer to even add fries for $1. It was amazing. Will be back soon!!!
