“I HIGHLY recommend Holy Smokes BBQ for your next event! They catered my daughter’s wedding in Milledgeville this month and it was perfect!! The food was SO good and all the guests raved about it! The owner Gary and Tonia are great to work with. They communicate well and listened to all the details we wanted for the cocktail hour food and dinner food. Tonia was awesome, very responsive, nice and easy to work with. Her attention to detail ensured everything was exactly as expected and more! Tonia and Liz arrived on time, did a great job with setup and serving and all the food was hot and very delicious!! We did the cast iron setup that gave a nice elevated display for a wedding. HUGE thank you to Holly Smokes, Gary, Tonia & Liz! Cocktail hour food ~ BBQ pork belly bites, pasta salad & fall salad Dinner food ~ Sliced brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, baked beans, grilled veggies, cornbread and all the yummy different BBQ sauces!”

Harissa Strak and eggs, a Puerto Rico sandwich, Italian parmesan chicken sandwich. Salt & Vinegar fries. The homemade steak sauce was awesome. For dessert we had cold coffees. Absolutely fantastic.”

“Over Father's Day Weekend my brother and I travelled from the Atlanta area to Statesboro to visit our parents. My mom loves Ox Tails and I vowed to bring her some on this trip. My mom says repeatedly that the ox tails in our hometown are just not authentic enough in taste. I intended to pick up a dinner for her on Friday evening, stick it in the refrigerator overnight and bring them on trip. I forgot to pick them up that night. We left Atlanta around 8:30 on Saturday morning so there were no Caribbean styled restaurants open that early. It's about a three hour ride from Atlanta to my hometown and Dublin is about midway. On the ride, my brother searched the internet for restaurants in the Macon area but none answered or would not be open until noon or so. We would be well past that area at that time. I suggested trying the Dublin area. He called and lo and behold, Chris, co-owner of Momma P's answered the call. This was around 10-10:30ish. My brother explained our ox tail plight. Chris said that although they didn't open until later, he thought he could help and we could stop by. We did. When we got there, the restaurant door was locked so my brother called Chris. He answered, came to the door and let us in. Mind you, we had never heard of Momma P's and certainly had not eaten any of their food. Given our situation, it was either give them a try or go home empty handed. I am so thrilled that we took the first option! And that is what inspired me to take the time to write this lengthy review. We ordered two ox tail dinners and one goat dinner. We sat in the quant, relaxed styled restaurant while Chris's wife (please forgive me. I can't recall her name) prepared the orders. We chatted with Chris while she did and she joined in the conversation for a few moments as well. You could sense the genuine warmness of their personalities as we talked. After the dinners were prepared, we paid, thanked them, and continued our trip. Shortly after our arrival in my hometown, I prepared my mom's plate of ox tails, rice, mixed vegetables and plantain. As I did so, every item in the meal looked and smelled wonderful! I did the same for my father who had a sampler plate of ox tails and goat. Both meals came in styrofoam containers and saran wrapped. Even after the hour half ride from Dublin to Statesboro, I did not have to re-heat the dinners before serving them to my parents. They both enjoyed their meals. My dad even asked me to carve out a second plate for him for later that day! I had the goat dinner later that evening. After it sat in the refrigerator for most of the day and I warmed it in the microwave, everything was still refresh tasting and delicious! To Chris and his wife, we offer a sincere thanks! The quality and taste of your cuisine was as authentic as your personalities! Through our conversation, I can imagine the challenges of a Caribbean styled restaurant operating in Dublin. My prayer is that you continue to flourish and as Dublin expands, so does your labor of love! Thank you also for going that extra mile to help us. You could have easily said that we are not open yet. Instead, you listened and were motivated to open your hearts and doors to us. That gesture alone was priceless. To any would be customers, my brother and I took a chance with Momma P's, but you don't have to! Take it from us, the food and atmosphere is terrific! We have locked in Momma P's phone number. It is now our "official" halfway food stop on our trips from our homes in metro-Atlanta to our hometown. You won't regret making it your food destination as well! Bon appetit!”

“The best Chinese you’ll find in Dublin and I’ve tried them all. Their food is so fresh and flavorful, no rubbery chicken like I’ve had at other places. This is not a sit down and eat type of place. Call in or to go pick up only but the food is cooked so fresh and hot it’ll still be hot when you get home and dig into it. Also the portions are great! I recommend the orange chicken, lo mein, and sugar rolls for dessert.”

“I called yesterday needing a catering order on short notice. The lady who answered the phone, Dajah, was very helpful. She was assisting other customers at the time, so she transferred me to Tae, who went above and beyond to make sure I placed my order correctly.
What really impressed me was that I forgot to update the delivery time to 5:00 PM like we had discussed over the phone. Despite that mistake on my end, the catering order was delivered by 4:00 PM. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
I’ve never seen a staff work so calmly and efficiently while juggling so many things at once. Tae, Dajah, and the rest of the team handled everything professionally and made me feel like my order truly mattered. A huge thank you to those sweet ladies and the entire staff for jumping in and getting everything done on such short notice.
The food was fresh, the service was exceptional, and the customer care was second to none. I’ll definitely be using them again for future catering orders.”

She was clearly short-staffed, yet she continued to help us while also taking care of other patrons. What really stood out was how often she checked on us throughout our entire visit—even though she wasn’t our waitress. She was extremely pleasant, made sure we were taken care of, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our experience a good one.

That was supposed to be my cheat snack for the week (I had weight loss surgery 2.5 yrs ago). She offered free, I told her no I still couldn't wait. I left, got in the line in Dudley, called my hub & he went back for me bc I wanted my cheat goodies😂 6 strawberries 🍓 & 4 cupcakes cost $23 dollars. Very expensive but delicious like I remembered from 2.5 years ago bc that's how long it had been since I've last gone. Still the same delicious taste. We tried out the new Mike's hot honey chicken sandwich. The sandwich includes a hand breaded chicken breast fillet, Mike's hot honey and pickles on a soft pillowy bun. The chicken breast fillet had a nice crunchy outer layer and juicy center. The Mikes hot honey gave it a nice favor but the sauce soaked into the bun and made the bun extremely soggy to where it fell apart. If the bun was buttered and toasted, this sandwich would've been on point.”

Chris said that although they didn't open until later, he thought he could help and we could stop by. We did. When we got there, the restaurant door was locked so my brother called Chris. He answered, came to the door and let us in. Mind you, we had never heard of Momma P's and certainly had not eaten any of their food. Given our situation, it was either give them a try or go home empty handed. I am so thrilled that we took the first option! And that is what inspired me to take the time to write this lengthy review. We ordered two ox tail dinners and one goat dinner. We sat in the quant, relaxed styled restaurant while Chris's wife (please forgive me. I can't recall her name) prepared the orders. We chatted with Chris while she did and she joined in the conversation for a few moments as well. You could sense the genuine warmness of their personalities as we talked. After the dinners were prepared, we paid, thanked them, and continued our trip. Shortly after our arrival in my hometown, I prepared my mom's plate of ox tails, rice, mixed vegetables and plantain. As I did so, every item in the meal looked and smelled wonderful! I did the same for my father who had a sampler plate of ox tails and goat. Both meals came in styrofoam containers and saran wrapped. Even after the hour half ride from Dublin to Statesboro, I did not have to re-heat the dinners before serving them to my parents. They both enjoyed their meals. My dad even asked me to carve out a second plate for him for later that day! I had the goat dinner later that evening. After it sat in the refrigerator for most of the day and I warmed it in the microwave, everything was still refresh tasting and delicious! To Chris and his wife, we offer a sincere thanks! The quality and taste of your cuisine was as authentic as your personalities! Through our conversation, I can imagine the challenges of a Caribbean styled restaurant operating in Dublin. My prayer is that you continue to flourish and as Dublin expands, so does your labor of love! Thank you also for going that extra mile to help us. You could have easily said that we are not open yet. Instead, you listened and were motivated to open your hearts and doors to us. That gesture alone was priceless. To any would be customers, my brother and I took a chance with Momma P's, but you don't have to! Take it from us, the food and atmosphere is terrific! We have locked in Momma P's phone number. It is now our "official" halfway food stop on our trips from our homes in metro-Atlanta to our hometown. You won't regret making it your food destination as well! Bon appetit!”

“Went to drive through. Service air was great. However the pictures on the menu show romaine lettuce leaves. And all my sandwich was a very cold iceberg lettuce leaf. Thanksburg has no nutritional values so I don't eat it at all. And especially being very cold like it was just pulled out of a tub of ice. And I know in the sandwich got iceberg I would ask for to know lettuce like I do with no pickle. And the fries were so far over salted I'm surprised that I don't have high blood pressure that's like 250 over 180. After eating the fries I can rub my fingers together and salt would fall off my fingers. That's ridiculous.”

But what really sets this location apart for me, is the fact that I have lived here for a little over a year, and not once has this specific location ever: messed up my order, made me sick, slacked on the amount of sauce that they give, then rude, ever delivered anything except for exceptionally perfect service that I would expect from a perfectly functioning Taco Bell. I know that this review is a little bit wordy, but hear me out, if you’re looking at reviews for Taco Bell right now and you’re trying to figure out if this location is worth going to, I’m gonna tell you right now, this location is definitely worth going to. Whether you’re a local, or somebody passing through Dublin, looking for a quick bite, I can pretty much guarantee you that this Taco Bell is not going to disappoint you. We get it, it’s Taco Bell, but everything Taco Bell promises about the deliciousness of their food, actually gets delivered at this specific location. Do you want to feel good after eating a bean and cheese burrito? Well guess what, if you go to the Taco Bell a few miles from here, you’re gonna be disappointed. “This Arby's is never very busy. You normally can walk up and get your food fairly quickly. However, this last time I went they lost my order and had cleared it out of the system. I was the second order that was placed. There were 5 other orders that we have filled before I went to the front and asked about mine. They did not have it but I showed them my receipt and they started working on it. Gave me a free apple turnover so I guess that was okay.”

“I called yesterday needing a catering order on short notice. The lady who answered the phone, Dajah, was very helpful. She was assisting other customers at the time, so she transferred me to Tae, who went above and beyond to make sure I placed my order correctly.
What really impressed me was that I forgot to update the delivery time to 5:00 PM like we had discussed over the phone. Despite that mistake on my end, the catering order was delivered by 4:00 PM. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
I’ve never seen a staff work so calmly and efficiently while juggling so many things at once. Tae, Dajah, and the rest of the team handled everything professionally and made me feel like my order truly mattered. A huge thank you to those sweet ladies and the entire staff for jumping in and getting everything done on such short notice.

My favorites right now are: Tropical Dragon Passion (add Blueberries), chicken caesar wrap, chocolate chip cookies, Sausage egg cheese quesadilla in the morning, sunshine smoothie, sunrise sunset, all the super veggies i just add more pineapples for taste & the chipotle chicken club!! Suggest remixing smoothies to your liking but they are fast, food fresh & place is clean. The kale apple slaw not too bad either. I always order ahead through the app to get my points and since food is made to order and to avoid waiting in line I'm able to just pick up inside at the recommended time.”
