LongHorn Steakhouse is a popular restaurant known for its high-quality steaks and delicious Mac & cheese. The Mac & cheese is particularly praised by customers as the best they've ever tasted. The food is described as tasty, and the service is where the restaurant truly excels. Servers are reported to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
The atmosphere is that of a chain restaurant, and the food is considered average by some. However, customers have noted that their experience may have been impacted by it being a busy night, such as during prom. Overall, while the food and service are good, the atmosphere and potential for long wait times might affect the overall dining experience.
Customers have highlighted their enjoyment of various menu items, such as ribs, baked potato, Caesar salad, and spicy chicken bites. The portions are described as plentiful, and the steaks are cooked to perfection, with juicy and seasoned dishes. The waitstaff, including LaTasha and Jason, have been praised for their attentive and excellent service.
