“I HIGHLY recommend Holy Smokes BBQ for your next event! They catered my daughter’s wedding in Milledgeville this month and it was perfect!! The food was SO good and all the guests raved about it! The owner Gary and Tonia are great to work with. They communicate well and listened to all the details we wanted for the cocktail hour food and dinner food. Tonia was awesome, very responsive, nice and easy to work with. Her attention to detail ensured everything was exactly as expected and more! Tonia and Liz arrived on time, did a great job with setup and serving and all the food was hot and very delicious!! We did the cast iron setup that gave a nice elevated display for a wedding. HUGE thank you to Holly Smokes, Gary, Tonia & Liz! Cocktail hour food ~ BBQ pork belly bites, pasta salad & fall salad Dinner food ~ Sliced brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, baked beans, grilled veggies, cornbread and all the yummy different BBQ sauces!“

“We were driving through looking for a place to eat lunch. We found SHBBQ on the internet and gave it a try.
I had a Briscuit sandwich, bakes beans and fries. The Briscuit was delicious. I didn't put any sauce on it. It didn't need it. The beans and fries were good as well.
My wife isn't much for BBQ so she had the BLT. She said it was very good. She went on about how hood the Tomatoes were and the bacon was cooked just right.
All together we are glad we found this privately owned food stop.“

“I was traveling and I this was just a 5 min walk from hotel. Service at first was sub-par but manager handled it. Ordered 6 Oz sirloin and honey glazed brussel sprouts. The meal was perfect. I have never enjoyed a steak so tender and full if flavor!!!! Sprouts were like eating a veggie dessert. The new server they gave me- danny- was great!!“
