The food was hot but it took awhile before I received my order. I went through the drive threw and after paying for my order the cashier asked if I wouldn't mind pulling up to the end of the way so I did and while waiting for my order to be brought out to me. I noticed that the customers behind me just seemed to pick up their orders right away ? and drove on off and this happened with 4 cars before receiving my order for 2 #5 orders. Solid place. Chicken and wings are great. Service is inconsistent. I love how cool they keep the dining room especially during these hot months in the south.Kid-friendliness: Great kid meal options.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Not a huge fan of Zaxbys, but the rest of the family loves it so we stopped. This location was pretty good. They were pretty busy, but service was still quick. Our food was hot. The bathrooms were clean.
