“Tarsha was amazing!! We had such a wonderful experience because of the amazing customer service from the hostess. She was clearly short-staffed, yet she continued to help us while also taking care of other patrons. Despite being pulled in several directions, she remained incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional.
What really stood out was how often she checked on us throughout our entire visit—even though she wasn’t our waitress. She was extremely pleasant, made sure we were taken care of, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our experience a good one.
Her customer service skills were exceptional, especially given how busy and understaffed things were. She deserves recognition for her hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever she was needed. Thank you for making us feel cared for—you were truly appreciated!“

“Let me start by saying I love some Zaxbys, and I wanted to try the new quesadillla. It was flavor wise really good, but it was quite messy to eat. My biggest drawback is the price and what you get for the price. It comes with the quesadillla and a small drink for a tad over $12! I'll be honest, it's definitely not worth that, especially without fries being included. Just too pricey for what you get.“
