I’m not even the type of person to complain, but after a long day and trying to be nice to the workers while buying food for my sister who just gave birth, receiving poor service is truly irritating. It felt very rushed and rude, but I understand everyone has bad days. However, they did not listen to our request and charged us more for traditional wings when we stated both times that we wanted boneless. Food was hot and tasted good, but I couldn't enjoy the full meal. I asked for no coleslaw and for my bread not to be buttered, and both requests were ignored. The portion also looked a little small for the price. Honestly, I would've been better off getting a Zack Snack instead.
I ordered zax snack and the chicken fingers or tenders were a little bigger or thicker than I was used to. Other than that the meal was great

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves food that is often fresh, hot, and cooked really good, with a shake that is always the best. However, some items are disappointing. The lemon pepper wings did not taste close to lemon pepper, and the new quesadillla, while flavor wise really good, is quite messy to eat and too pricey for what you get. The new chicken taco was delicious but the chicken finger was too small. Additionally, one large fry (go big) was sloppily served with only a handful of fries.
