I came up.from florida for a wedding and couldn't wait to come here for a steak and chicken bowl. Got to my hotel opened it up my first bite had a long hair in it. I ate a few more bites and yet another hair. Now I'm sick to my stomach. Can't ear anymore. I work in food industry in a kitchen. I wear a hair net and a hat. I understand occasionally a stray hair but 2 in 1 bowl. And maybe more but not going to find out. Very disappointed.
Just got emails they adjusted my totals from doordash after we received our food. I ordered a junior bowl with a 4.50 extra chicken charge. Then had veggies on side as always. I don't like them. They then charged me an extra 6. 21 twice and 4.97 for who knows what. Umm unacceptable to triple charge me for a 14.97 dish screenshots of the emails and original order shown and the final receipt that I was charged. This was absolutely sketchy and dishonest to do. Shame on you Osaka....read full review
