The kitchen is always slow even when the place is not busy and the food is always different even when I order the same thing. This time one of our drinks was given in a very cracked cup the good thing it was plastic and not glass.

Didn't have what I ordered, took to long for food to come out and when it did come out it wasn't to my liking. I didn't enjoy the service nir the food. It seemed to be confusion going on that day. Generally I like my visit there but that day I did not.

We never ate. The kitchen was “backed up” so there was a 15 minute wait. We waited 30 minutes. I watched 6 tables finish and leave without being seated. I watched three groups give up and leave before being seated. When the fourth family left, we did too! Empty tables everywhere! We met one of the groups at Longhorns when we went there. We shared our frustration, then were seated in five minutes. Never again Dublin Applebee’s. No wonder your rating is so low.

Food is usually good. Service can be hit & miss depending on who your server is & what day & time of the week. We have been here & had great service & been here with a server who didn't want to work. One time I asked for mustard & extra napkins. Got them both when the meal was over. That was a disappointing evening.

I ordered online. It said it would be ready at 1:43pm. My mom got there at 1:45pm and she didn’t get our food until 2:15pm. Also paid for brownie bites and celery and didn’t get either of them. & Our food that they were “waiting on” was cold. My mom has an hour lunch break and she spent 30 mins of it waiting for our food. This pace has gone down hill.

Am very surprised for a chain restaurant to be so good on the meals we ordered. They our out in and correct.👍✌️❤️. We get our dinner's mostly to go.
Wait for 30 minutes till we got our appetizers, boneless wings and fries were not fresh. Server did not stop at our table once until we had to get up and ask if our food was being made, and also for refills, I would get it if it was busy but it was 9 on a Sunday when we (2 people) got there. We weren't able to order because it was another 40 minutes after we got our apps until we got sick of it and left.

Walk in door, greeted by mean looking woman. No greeting. She stop us at a Table, still did not speak to us. Maybe say this is your table or something.looking around they had a Table that was turn over. Our table tip almost in my lap. My husband ask could we sit at another table in back but she stared at him and husband asked her does she speak.....she like said you can't talk to me that way....we left. please put a person that is willing to greet you and act like they want costumers. Wow! Probably never go back. Where did all the great waiters/waitresses go. She was a sorry employee. If I was Boss, she would have been Fired. Very disappointed.

Was there on vacation visiting family in GA my sister my niece and myself went to Applebee's the host who seat us was Great!! Latonya (not sure if that's her name )and Evan our waiter he was awesome as well thank you for a great time! I told hostess Never change keep being you!! 👍 Enjoyed our time there too!
