WOW! JUST, WOW! Literally just posted a review about the other Arby's in Dublin, GA having horrible service! Now, this 1. 2nd weekend in a row we're told their systems were down & won't be back up for 45 mins. Conveniently 10 mins after they close... BOTH TIMES!!! DO BETTER!!!

Made a special trip to pickup Arby's tonight. At drive thru at 9:15. I sat at drive through order spot for 8 min waiting for someone to ask for my order. No one ever did, I drove fwd then backwards, still nothing. Drive by pickup window and I see nobody. I went to Taco Bell instead.

Hands down the worst Arby's, worst fast food restaurant that I've ever seen.
Staff is short, rude, forgetful. Perhaps they only hire high mentally handicapped folks.
Fries are never good, it's like they give nothing but fry shaped rocks. Their should be a contest to see who can get 2 actual curly fries in their bag.
The sandwiches are never done right, and they never put the advertised amount of meat. A double is like a single and a triple is only slightly thicker than a single.
I wish they were all fired so i could enjoy a good arbys.
I love the Gyro sandwich. I wish they had it as a salad

Hi, unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. My main concern is that I placed an order online. I attempted to try to change the pick up time but alas it said if you have any questions proceed to call the number below. I called the number provided 24 times with no answer. Upon arriving to the stores location I was told they DO NOT have a phone at their store. So seeing that I was unable to make contact, my food (the sandwiches) was not "Fresh" and my Andes Mint Shake was not the best either. I was thoroughly disappointed and I don't believe I will be coming back to this particular location, especially one that does not have a phone or a way to make contact if something is wrong.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Arby's does NOT have the meet at this location. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar sandwich. There wasn't enough meet to cover even half the bun. And there was a quarter size squirt of cheese. It was ALL BUN. Seriously, $6 for a bun. Ridiculous.

I showed the lady that Arby’s posted up that they were giving a free entrée for veterans. She had no idea that it was Veterans Day and told me there wasn’t doing that., and then she told me to go online and order it and there was no way to order it online to show my ID not even with ID me extremely lazy workers, unprofessional, and a waste of a trip.
Everyone was very nice, great service.
