Stopped in at 7:30 pm on 3-13 and ordered a double roast beef, the girl looked at me strange and asked a lady in the cook line if she had enough beef to make a double ?? I’m confused, your a roast beef restaurant and it’s 7:30 pm ?? Should have left then ! The lady said she had just enough and I reluctantly agreed, as I stood there the lady walked across the kitchen with a handful of Roast Beef in her hand, no gloves or utensils used, just bare hands ! I left without my sandwich and did not even want to deal with getting a refund, I just walked out ! Never again !!

It's very much a "truck stop" location. You get the bare necessities and no frills. Location seemed short-staffed for the lunch rush, but the staff was courteous and working well under the stress.
This was the worst fast food experience we’ve had in a long time. We were ignored for 5 minutes waiting at the counter when there were no other guests. When we got the food, the Rueben and Steakhouse brisket sandwiches had one (1!) slice of meat each. The buns were stale, and the ranch looked spoiled (clearly not refrigerated). General attitude and attentiveness was a 0/10.

Workers were RUDE, waited nearly 30 minutes for drive through food (no one else was in line and only one person waiting inside). Food was poorly prepared (fries were barely cooked, food was sloppily thrown together). Overall poor service, food and location. GO ANYWHERE ELSE CLOSE BY IF STOPPING OFF THE HIGHWAY!!!
