As usual with all fast food drive thru. They screwed up my order did not get what I ordered. Got to my destination and went back to get the right one. Lucky I was a short distance away. The food was not great. If you are going to charge what they do at least have good customer service. Food all across the fast food business is going down. While prices are going up.

This Arby's is never very busy. You normally can walk up and get your food fairly quickly. However, this last time I went they lost my order and had cleared it out of the system. I was the second order that was placed. There were 5 other orders that we have filled before I went to the front and asked about mine. They did not have it but I showed them my receipt and they started working on it. Gave me a free apple turnover so I guess that was okay.

The staff is friendly and the food is good, but the area around the drink machine is dirty and smells bad. The sauce containers are old and unclean.

Fries were cold and stale, we asked for the roast beef and cheddar, not what we got. The cashier wasn't listening/paying attention at all. We asked for the beef and cheddar and she rang us up for the classic. When we went to the counter to ask about the cheddar the cashier and the drive thru cashier both talked loudly and rudely claiming we wanted something for free. The drive thru employee claimed she heard us say classic. I looked at her and said, actually we asked for 2 #1's which is the beef and cheddar. To which she rolled her eyes and said that isn't what she heard. Surprising considering she was busy taking a drive thru order at the time. The entire staff was rude from the beginning. I will never eat there again.

As soon as you enter the restaurant there is a muggy smell and inside is very outdated. food was decent I don't think I'll be coming back here again. this place could definitely use a facelift.

New steak nuggets are better than what I thought . If you like beef Jerky , you will love this .

Staff were very helpful, but tables were either dirty or the seats were hard wooden chairs or the cushions were ripped bad. They need an upgrade in a bad way.

Terrible quality of food. The hot jalapeño bites were soggy, fish sandwich was alright.
Cleanliness was questionable, and the guy with the cap, who was working in the kitchen, spit in the dining area trash can before he left after his shift.

The new owners of Arby's must not car much about their 2 stores in Dublin. The first store I went to you could not place an order. The second store the employee took forever to put an order together. When I got to the window I noticed that the employees were actually wearing slides type shoes and just leaning against the counter. We definitely will not be going back

2nd time in 2 wks we've come to drive- thru before 9:30pm on a Sat. Noone ever speaks over intercom OR comes to windows to take order!!! Love Arby's, but this 1 SUCKS!!! I wish ratings in general would allow for negative reviews, so people could see just exactly how displeased a customer is with a place.
