I work in Dublin 3 days a week and came upon their red food truck trailer at the mall last week. Today was work day 1 of my week, and soon as I got off, I turned into Hunter Biden - looking for a stash! Found these guys on FB and learned they're only in Dublin on 1 of my work days, but you can bet your failing dollar I will be at that red trailer EVERY Thursday from here on out!
Their burgers are the BEST, and I'm a massive burger snob!

The Dawg Balls and Beef tacos were delicious! Great food, great people and our order was prepared fast. Ordering 2 days in a row because it was so yummy! Highly recommend giving Cali Shack your business!
