Alexia needs to work on her people skills. She is rude and does not know how to communicate with guest. I asked for the number to corporate, the manager said she didn’t know it. So clearly she knows her employees are rude and she doesn’t care. I stayed in the store an hour and my food was not ready. And when I asked about it, they responded as if it was my fault. I won’t go back if that’s how your employees act

Very disappointed but I’m not going into detail! I’m still waiting for my refund by check. It’s going on 2 weeks now.

Pulled up to captain Ds at 10:30am because that was the time it said but unfortunately they did not open their doors nor answer the phone. Customers were waiting outside in the heat and still not an answer. Decided to leave 20 minutes later at 10:50 am because they were not going to open the doors for the customers.
