I have tried this chicken twice, I went in, looked to see what was cooked, about have the the menu, was out, no livers, no gizzards, both times, and the man behind the counter, acted like you were bothering him, just because you, came to place a order, the girl was on the phone! The this man needs to be reprimanded, cause he hates his job! That’s my last time, going back!

Bottom 3 nastiest chicken of all time. The only thing below it is chesters and chesters. The only good thing about this place is the fried pie and they forgot that. No bag, no napkins, no fork for the ok mac cheese. Just a big box of mediocre chicken.

I was in Dublin and saw Chester's Chicken at the Love's Truck Stop. I walked expecting some of their delicious fried chicken and those awesome biscuits. There is a lady standing there in front. There's no chicken on site, anywhere. I asked, y'all frying the chicken and she said they were out of chicken. I asked if y'all were sold out and she said, that they had no chicken at all. How does a chicken place not have chicken. That's like going for pizza at a major pizza establishment and they have no dough. Come on, do better Chester.

Tried the fried chicken while driving down to Savannah. The fried chicken was okay at best. Neither the best nor the worst fried chicken I've eaten, just alright. I was able to get my food out really fast so that's something. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a restaurant attached to gas station.

I stopped here on 4/4/24 and I got a two piece white. The next day I woke up super sick and to end my vacation in the ER because I had food poison. I will never eat there again

Stopped there on 4/11/24 between 7-7:30. My potato wedges were old, cold, and tasted rotten. They made me sick on the stomach. My chicken tenders were ok but nothing to right home about.

Traveling a long distance & tired of overpriced tourists food-' this crispy Southern chicken is the bomb!! Go around lunchtime food was fresh cooked.. service attentive Make sure you give some love and respect ? to these great hardworking bros.. it is next to ❤️ love's. Truckstop.. but get down home crispy (a tiny bit of sweetly oiled) chicken no counting calories here. Enjoy and be happy traveling!!! Two peice bone in combo meal!!

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Hilton Head. The food was absolutely delicious. We had fried chicken, collard greens, Mac and cheese, sweet potato pie and peach cobbler. Everything was outstanding. We wish we lived closer.

My girlfriend and I stop by last Thursday we heard they had oxtails. There was a skinny black woman with short reddish color hair that came to the window to take our order. My girlfriend asked her what was on the menu, she held the menu up to the window rudely and then once my girlfriend start talking she shut the window in her face!! She was very rude , act as she didn't want to work , as if she didn't care. I would never be going back again I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful ,I feel like if you don't want to work there then find another job. I understand customers can be ugly and nasty and rude but if someone asks a question and a they're nice and polite then I feel like it should be treated with the same respect. ( forgot to mention that we sat there a good 10 minutes thinking that she was going to come back to the window) She never came back!!! So we won't be going back. And i made sure to tell family and friends which they already knew that some of them were very rude.

I’m still very confused and outraged about what happened today at this place.I encountered a server named Tim, who was just straight rude and ill-mannered to begin with. Not my first time to get disrespected at restaurants as an Asian male, so I get this part.The bizarre and unpleasant part was when he seemed to have gotten angry at me and refused to serve me when I asked him for something he forgot with my order.I tried to be patient with him although he was being rude and didn’t get my order right. I really don’t know what I’d had possibly said to him to make him that upset, he had to yell at the paying customer. He was fairly nice with everyone else, even after the incident, so I can’t help thinking he was a racist.I immediately made a complain to the manager who he identified as a manager, surprisingly she didn’t seem to care at all.The Chester’s and Love’s as well, please train your staff properly. I am not white or black, or born in the USA, but have been proudly serving this country for last 16 years with multiple deployments. I don’t deserve this kind of mistreatment.
