Going through the drive through I was told I could not order lunch because it was only 1026 . Told me I would have to go back around again even though the line was backed to the max . Mind you that took 15 minutes because it was so backed up. And no point of turn around or anyway to get out of line once your in it.. Got to be a better way ....

One of the slowest Chick-fil-A locations I've ever been to. Stopped by after making a mobile order, but the wait was so ridiculously long that myself and two other cars left and cancelled our orders.While I was waiting to get back on the highway at a red light nearby, I saw that the same car in front of me was sitting there waiting for their food. I won't be returning.

In Dublin for doctor visit on 4/3/24. Bought $50 worth of food. Ate in parking lot because my son was sick. Food was fine. Service ok. But we’re sitting there eating and this shiny, black Toyota Corolla pulls in with rap “music” blasting. The guy parks and continues to blast this rap with all its bad language. We have to hurry and eat to get out of range of that noise. But the guy finally gets out in his Chic-fil-A uniform and goes in for his shift.Not good for business Chick-fil-A.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when rap is blasting.

Totally flabbergasted as to why they would close this location now to do a remodel when they know that they'll have the new location open in a few weeks. I hope all the customers become Zaxbys fans during this unnecessary closure and don't return.Parking: Hopefully their parking will improve with the remodel.

The Chicken Noodle Soup is the best I’ve had anywhere. i think the reason Chick fil A’s Chicken Noodle Soup is so good is because they add a roux that brings out the flavor of the chicken and vegetables. My wife and iIorder it two to three times a week.Parking: Actually, we go through the “Drive through” most of the time; but the parking is adequate.
