My family and I went into eat, Thursday January 1st and they told us 30 minute wait, went up there after 45 minutes and asked and the hostess told me that the kitchen was backed up and was told not to seat anymore guests but saw that your online service was running and alot of orders leaving. I don’t understand you should have shut down your online service and to take care of the people inside your restaurant. After an hour and a half, I got a text saying our table was ready and we were somewhere eating by that time. Very disappointed!!

Wait was longer then it needed to be. Waited an hr and a half before we left. They kept saying the kitchen was backed up....um...maybe turn off third party orders until the in store customers that waited the longest get served.

Went on a Kelly's Tour bus to Plains Georgia on a nice old slow moving train so you could enjoy the view. We ate at Cracker Barrel on the ride back home from Dublin, Georgia. Yummy 😋 food.

It will be awhile before we return to this location. They were out of a bunch of the food my mother and I wanted at 7 in the evening on a Saturday night including the corn bread muffins. Added to this we waited close to an hour before they finally brought the food out and on top of that it wasn't nearly as good as it was last time I ate there which waa probably 4 months prior. The hash brown casserole was over done, and their country fried steak wasn't good.
Would not recommend. I felt like I payed 30+ dollars for 15 dollars worth of scrappy food.

Great service. Our server was spectacular and friendly. My burger was prepared very well and tasted fantastic. Never thought about ordering a burger from Cracker Barrel, but it was a win. Got there early and had no issue with getting a table fast.

The restaurant was not that busy and very slow getting our food. Food was not as hot as I prefer and service was very slow. Waitress would disappear maybe she was working another section but definitely had to wait on her for anything you needed.

Okra was cold and soggy. Carrots was like dumped from a can was cold and no seasoning. Corn was cold. Even chicken was barely warm.

We were able to get the kids meal that was the perfect size for senior citizens. Cornbread muffins were delicious.
