Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had ordered food online through the mobile app and it kept cancelling my order. I was charged twice, so I went inside and was told I would have to pay a 3rd time. The GM then informed me that I would be refunded within a few days or so. Just ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru 2 days ago and they were out of vanilla ice cream, just chocolate. My husband didn’t want chocolate with his blizzard. They said about 10 minutes till it was ready. We left without getting anything.

Went through today by myself and ordered a kids chocolate cone…… no chocolate ice cream today! I left without getting anything.

Aren’t the employees trained to keep an eye on the level of the product in the machines.

The manager Laura at the DQ in Dublin by the bridge had a hateful attitude what I order was not fixed the way it should of been fixed and when I went up there to ask if they could correct it she grabbed it and threw it in the trash and tried to tell me that was the way I ordered it when on my receipt showed how I ordered it. Very nasty attitude.

Food was alright. This one guy up here that talks friendly to everybody and he needs a raise. Atmosphere chaotic.

This was not a good dining experience. My wife and I went to this location drive thru and ordered two value meals. One flamethrower meal and one parmesan chicken strips sauced and tossed. They give us our drinks and tell us to move up and wait, cool.. short wait and they are handing us our bag in the window and drive home. As soon as we get home we realize there are no fries for the burger meal.. so we call them and go to pick it up. Melissa gave us back fries that were probably sitting there since the call and then just turned her back. We kind of expected more for our trouble, not just cold fries they should have gave us the first time. I just feel like that this kind of thing happens way too often and it is extremely inconvenient to the customer who wants to sit at home and eat their food with their family. Oh and on top of that the chicken may have been tossed but they didn't use enough sauce to cover them. I don't think I will be returning to this location.

I went during lunch time and expected a little delay. I did not expect to be told to pull up when I was getting their special and then wait while three of the cars that were behind me got their food and left while I'm still waiting. When they finally brought out my food I was about to get out and tell them to keep it. They brought my burger and fries which were mushy and I still had not gotten my drink and my Sundae which they had to turn around and go back in and get. The only satisfactory food was the Sundae. I will not return there.
